Arrests
* Timothy Clark Blevins, 38, 112
E. Pine St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday just before
noon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Kevin Cable
on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb.
13.
* Lisa Anne Clawson, 35, 707 Johnson Ave., was
arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias
charging her with failure to appear in court. She is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 13.
* Scott Michael Hemingway, 26, 1987 Suckless
Rd., Dandridge, was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Deputy
Al Meehan on a bench warrant for failure to contact his lawyer.
* Michael Lee Carr, 24, 132 Sandmine Rd.,
was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan on a
bench warrant for failure to contact his lawyer.
* Kenneth Shawn Thompson, 30, 307 W. H St.,
was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on
two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
* Isais Salas, 39, 301 S. Sycamore St.,
was arrested Monday night by Elizabethton Police Department
Ptl. Michael McIntosh and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended
license, violation of the light law, violation of the financial
responsibility law, violation of the implied consent law and
going armed. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on Feb. 13.
* Pamela Marie Sarber, 41, 135 Saylor Rd.,
Gray, was arrested early Tuesday morning by EPD Ptl. Patrick
White on two attachments out of Juvenile Court.
* Kevin Daniel Clayton, 21, 1484 Milligan
Highway, Apt. 23, was arrested Monday afternoon by EPD Ptl.
Joy Shoun on a capias charging him with failure to appear
in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court
on Feb. 18.
* William T. Baughman, 31, 140 Hidden Oaks Dr.,
Johnson City, was arrested early Monday morning by EPD Ptl.
Michael Sproviero and charged with driving on a suspended
license and violation of the financial responsibility law.
