Arrests

* James W. Campbell, 23, 189 Norman Joines Rd., was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. Rocky Croy on a capias for failure to appear in court on a domestic assault charge. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on April 9 and is being held in the Carter County Jail on a $500 bond.
* Melisa P. Grindstaff, 32, 154 Hazelwood Hollow Rd., Hampton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach on a capias for failure to appear on a worthless check. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 17.
* Stevie Fillmore Wyatt, 46, 358 Garland Brach Rd., Watauga, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Investigator Laverne Julian and charged with two counts of forgery.
* Randy Keith McIntosh, 36, 608 Locust St., was arrested Saturday by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer and charged with public intoxication.
* Michael Wade Holder, 33, 832 U.S. Hwy. 91, Apt. #17, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Larry Robbins on a warrant for violation of probation.
* John Rodney Farrington, 31, 506 Pardee St., Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan and charged with failure to appear on a domestic assault charge, violation of probation, and on a capias for failure to appear in court on an order of protection.
* Reese Elonda Taylor, 25, 714 South Lynn Ave., was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a capias for failure to pay court costs and fines.
* Jeffrey Frank Greene, 40, 635 Long Hollow Rd., was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Fred Sluder and charged with violation of probation.
* Shirley Ann Presnell, 48, 211 Riggs Rd., Watauga, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a capias for failure to appear on worthless checks.
* John Wesley Guinn, 27, 137 Dan Bowers Rd., was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Shannon Peters and charged with driving on a revoked license, violation of the vehicle registration law, and violation of the financial responsibility law.
* Jonathan E. Dial, 24, 1294 Bluefield Ave., Apt. #B-1 122, was arrested Friday by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters and charged with filing a false report.
* Robert B. Hammitt, 408 Trudy St., was arrested Sunday by EPD Ptl. Tonya Range and charged with public intoxication.
* Joe Wade George, 40, 227 Fair Ridge, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday and charged with driving on a revoked license, violation of the vehicle registration law and speeding.
* Joseph M. Wilson, 22, 207 West Mill St., was arrested Sunday by EPD Ptl. Michael McIntosh and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license and violation of the financial responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 13.
* Joshua Dwayne Crosswhite, 29, 144 M. Phillips Rd., Mountain City, was arrested Friday by EPD Watch Commander Rusty Verran on an attachment out of Johnson County's child support division.
