Arrests

* Jennifer Rose Ollis, 24, 241 Reservoir Hill, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Mary Miller on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 18.
* Ralph Wayne Whitehead, 24, 401 Rittertown Rd., Hampton, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Tennessee Constable Leonard Johnson on an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court, a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a capias charging him with failure to apepar in court.
* Christopher Wade Guy, 30, 143 Leroy Dugger Rd., Butler, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Tennessee Constable Leonard Johnson on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court and a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Tina Jean Brock, 42, 121 Ruby Ave., was arrested Wednesday evening by CCSD Deputy Dennis Leonard on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
* Robert Harrison Blevins, 36, 703 Blevins Ave., was arrested late Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Gary Lynn Wilson, 47, 407 Taylor Rd., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess on two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Jerry Harold Taylor, 41, 1112 Stateline Rd., was arrested by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Joy Shoun and charged with DUI and violation of the implied consent law.
* William G. Fenner, 45, 1408 Stateline Rd., was arrested Wednesday morning by EPD Ptl. Michael Merritt and charged with second offense driving on a suspended license and violation of the financial responsibility law.
