Arrests

* Angela Renee Potter, 25, 154 Swimming Pool Rd., Hampton, was arrested Monday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 27.
* Billy Frank Blevins, 41, 775 U.S. Highway 91, was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck and charged with sixth offense driving on a revoked license, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the financial responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 6.
* Roger A. Carnett, 18, 157 Nanny Goat Hill Rd., was arrested Monday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on two attachment pro corpuses out of Juvenile Court.
* Robert B. Hammitt, 51, 508 Trudy St., was arrested Monday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Jerry Bradley and charged with public intoxication.
