Arrests

* Kyman Thomas Grindstaff, 45, 402 Blue Springs Rd., was arrested Friday evening by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Everette Tony Malone Jr., 32, 278 Fox Hollow Rd., Bluff City, was arrested Saturday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Jeff Markland on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Christopher Seth Hicks, 23, 2542 Elizabethton Highway, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Christopher Dale Anderson, 29, 910-1/2 Cedar Ave., was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Rickie Neal Carver, 34, 351 Cody Rd., Marshall, N.C., was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with public intoxication.
* Tammy Jane Keene, 39, 5310 Dishner Valley Rd., Bristol, Va., was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD officers and charged with public intoxication.
* Charles Hensley Vance, 38, 1161 W. Brewer Rd., Newland, N.C., was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Lt. B.L. Huffman and charged with public intoxication.
* Jamie Lynn Green, 19, 347 U.S. Highway 91, Apt. 3, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
* Sandra C. Wilson, 43, of Marshall, N.C., was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with DUI.
* Andy Deloach, 27, 140 Reynolds Rd., was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Inv. Laverne Julian and charged with theft.
* Mark Anthony Reece, 24, 508 Cherry St., was arrested Friday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mike Commons and charged with public intoxication.
* Carroll Ray Brandon, 48, 102 Clyde Simmons Rd., Apt. 6, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday evening by EPD Ptl. Mike Commons and charged with DUI and driving on a revoked license.
* Calvin Smith, 41, 657 Jena Beth Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested Friday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Richard Haney on a capias charging him with failure to pay fines.
