Arrests

   * Kisha Ann Keen, 23, 121 Townview Estates, Apt. 5, was arrested Thursday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Kenny Cornett and charged with assault under domestic violence and disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 27.
   * Johnny Ray Singelton, 28, 310 Highway 19E, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday morning by CCSD officers on a warrant charging him with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident and violation of the financial responsibility law.
   * Katherine Marie Rickett, 36, 126 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Tammy Stout on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * John Matthew Cable, 33, 602 Beech Street, was arrested Thursday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Tonya Range and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest. He was additionally served with a warrant charging him with shoplifting. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 27.
   * Timmy D. Morgan, 39, 133 Harrison Street, was arrested Thursday morning by EPD Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 12.
   * Timothy Zane Church-Harper, 18, 1110 Pedro Shoun Road, Mountain City, was arrested Thursday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Michael McIntosh and charged with public intoxication and possession of Schedule IV narcotics. He was additionally issued a citation charging him with shoplifting. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 26.
