Arrests

   * Anthony Scott Buckles, 38, 1704 Stateline Rd., was arrested early Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Tim Lowe and charged with vandalism under domestic violence.
   * William Roger Shell, 40, 165 Lovers Lane, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Michael Dewight Parlier, 21, of Piedmont Street, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck and charged with driving without a license, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the financial responsibility law. He was also served with an outstanding warrant charging him with child abuse. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Robert W. Holland, 39, 190 Chalebeate, Sulfur Springs, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Miranda Kay Pilk, 26, 7492 U.S. Highway 19E, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Luis Alberto Martinez Zamora, 21, 1707 Miami Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday evening by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Roger Crowe and charged with stong-armed robbery and assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to apepar in General Sessions Court on Jan. 26.
