Arrests

   * Miranda Kay Pilk, 26, 7492 U.S. Highway 19E, was arrested Tuesday night by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a capias charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Steven Douglas Martin, 22, 328 Roaring Creek Rd., Chucky, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Amos Halava on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Anthony Wade Osborne, 22, 2135 W. Elk Ave., was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Joshua Brent Presnell, 21, 150 Milligan Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Jorge Luis Flores, 22, 116 Spring Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
