Arrests
* Carol Denise Dugger Huntley, 41, 1112 Stateline
Rd., Lot 2, was arrested early Thursday morning by Carter
County Sheriff's Department Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging
her with violation of probation. She was additionally charged
with resisting arrest, assault on an officer and possession
of marijuana by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan in the incident. She
is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 20.
* Terry E. Perry, 30, 137 Dan Bowers Rd., was
arrested Wednesday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a capias charging
him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court today.
* Justin David Ott, 31, 230 Lakeview Drive, Butler,
was arrested Wednesday afternoon by agents of the First Judicial
District Drug Task Force and charged with felony possession
of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan.
26.
* Jeffery Kyle Stout, 29, 1315 Doe Creek Rd.,
Butler, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by agents of the
First Judicial District DTF and charged with the felony possession
of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in General
Sessions Court on Jan. 26.
* Ronald E. Morris, 25, no address available,
was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant
charging him with violation of probation.
* Scott L. Perry, 35, no address available, was
arrested Wednesday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging
him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on Jan. 20.
* Vernon Whitehead, 29, 637 First Ave., Hampton,
was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy
on a capias out of Claiborne County charging him with failure
to appear in court.
