Arrests
* Karen Jane Lyons, 43, 407 Colorado St., Johnson City, was
arrested Tuesday Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Penny
Cornett and charged with aggravated DUI after being involved
in a motor vehicle accident. She is scheduled to appear in
General Sessions Court on Jan. 20.
* Eric James Hall, 23, 204 Rivers Road, Elizabethton, was
arrested by CCSD Lt. B. L. Huffman on Monday and charged with
assault under domestic violence.
* Harold David Pugh, 36, 707 Holston Avenue, Elizabethton,
was arrested by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on Monday evening
and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 20.
* David M. Weaver, 22, 1245 Kelsa Coatville, Pennsylvania,
was arrested by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on Tuesday and charged
with aggravated DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and
driving on an expired driver's license. He is scheduled to
appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 20.
* Jeffery Addie Causby, 39, 144 Sunny Acres, was arrested
by CCSD Deputy Donald White on Monday and charged with capias
failure to appear. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on Jan. 24.
* William Monroe Sherer, 19, 602 Tiger Creek, Roan Mountain,
was arrested by Elizabethton Police Department by Ptl. Shannon
Peters on Sunday and charged with DUI. He is scheduled to
appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 9.
* Adam E. Guinn, 27, 304 Chestnut Street, Johnson City, was
arrested by EPD Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry on Sunday and charged
with second offense DUI, second offense driving on revoked
license, violation of the seat belt law, violation of registration,
violation of financial responsibility, and possession of drug
paraphernalia.
* Carl Joseph Bowers, 28, 1627 Central Avenue, was arrested
by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters on Monday and charged with simple
assault. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court
on Jan. 9.
* Andrew James Deloach, 27, 140 Reynolds Road, was arrested
by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters on Monday and served a warrant
for failure to pay costs and fines.
