Arrests

   * Roger Ashley Carnett, 18, 115 Mountain Ridge Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sunday just before noon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 12.
   * Terry Arnold Tolley, 20, 129 Roy Bowers Rd., was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Jeffery Blake Bunten, 38, 105 Chambers Drive, was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.
   * Scott Lynn Perry, 35, 311 S. Roan St., was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Troy Steven Scalf, 29, 1106 Cedar Ave., was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Kenneth Lewis Hand, 41, 1260 Old Bristol Highway, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Jeffrey Addie Causby, 39, 144 Sunny Acres Rd., was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Brian Christopher Hobson, 37, 139 Olgie Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 12.
   * Terry Lynn Powers, 47, 217 Cripple Creek Rd., was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck and charged with public intoxication.
   * Lloyd Blevins, 47, Nave Street, Hampton, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson and charged with public intoxication.
   * Michael Albert Danner, 25, 148 Milligan Highway, Apt. 21, was arrested Friday night by Tennessee Constable Joe Lunceford and on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * David Dwayne McKinney, 20, 1735 Nathaniel Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Keith Darrell McLaughlin, 27, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Billy Frank Blevins, 41, 101 Nelson Drive, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Billy Gene Light, 1824 Mary St., Johnson City, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on a capias charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * William Jason Ruble, 26, 149 Mill Pond Rd., Lot 5, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Charlotte Walker on two capiases charging him with failure to appear in court and an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.
   * Henry Clay Poole, 32, 199 Rye Branch Rd., Butler, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on two warrants charging him with violation of probation.
   * Brian Keith Potter, 39, 131 Suess Rd., was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with assault. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 20.
   * Jack E. Campbell, 33, 761 Ridgefield Rd., was arrested Saturday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Charles Moreland and charged with public intoxication.
