Arrests
* Lyle Blaze Bryson, 111 Cannon Hill Road, no age available,
was arrested Thursday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department
officers on a capias charging him with failure to appear in
court.
* Cole E. Gouge, 18, 123 Stockton Road, Roan Mountain, was
arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland
and charged with first offense DUI. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on Jan. 5.
* Tabitha Lorraine Long, 22, 1300 F. Spruce Lane, was arrested
late Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged
with driving on a revoked license. She was additionally served
with an outstanding capias charging her with failure to appear
in court. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court
on Jan. 20.
* Susan K. Hinson, 31, 1108 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested
Wednesday evening by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson and charged
with DUI, driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene
of an accident. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on Jan. 20.
* Dearl Wayne Rogers, 35, 151 Hidden Oaks Drive, Johnson City,
was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and
charged with public intoxication. He was additionally served
with an outstanding capias charging him with failure to appear
in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court
on Jan. 20.
* Robert Willis Holland, 39, 190 Chalebeate Road, Johnson
City, was arrested Wednesday evening by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm
and charged with driving on a revoked license and criminal
impersonation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on Jan. 5.
* Roy Allen McClellan, 49, 415 Tollett St., Hampton, was arrested
Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe on a warrant charging
him with violation of probation.
* Benjamin Dwight Elrod, 23, 600 Smalling Road, was arrested
early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland and charged
with third offense DUI, second offense driving on a revoked
license and leaving the scene of an accident with property
damage.
* Michall J. Trivette, 21, 611 N. Roan St., was arrested early
Thursday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Michael
Merritt and charged with second offense DUI, violation of
the implied consent law and leaving the scene of an accident
with property damage.
* Henry David Blevins, 19, 1120 Cedar Ave., was arrested late
Wednesday night by EPD Sgt. Matt Bailey and charged with first
offense DUI and driving on a suspended license. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on Jan. 6.
* Moses Coleman, 69, 503 Florence St., was arrested Wednesday
night by EPD Ptl. Richard Haney and charged with public intoxication.
