Arrests

   * Ricky David Wilson, 41, 94 Woodland Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday night by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer and charged with seventh offense DUI, fourth offense driving on a revoked license, violation of the implied consent law, violation of the vehicle registration law, violation of the financial responsibility law and violation of the light law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 26.
   * Richard Lane Cordell, 41, 129 Tower Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Officer Shannon Deloach and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 4.
   * Amy Mann Russell, 32, 2003 West G St., was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Joseph Ward Vanskey, 33, 124 Second St., Hampton, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Travis Templeton, 33, 248 Aviation Drive, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Chad Anderson Whittamore, 31, 421 Mizpah Hills Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Janice Black and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 5.
   * Roger Wayne Puckett, 36, 308 Charles St., Hampton, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with being a fugitive from justice. Puckett was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Union County, Ohio, charging him with absconding from probation.
   * Timothy Shelton, 33, 701 Hemlock, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Janice Black on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Jessica Coggins, 25, 1308 East Lynnwood Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Janice Black on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Jeffery Caudill, 37, 638 Wilson Ave., was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Janice Black on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Johnny Basil Shell, 47, 557 Sugar Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 5.
   * Harold Walter Stevens, 33, 196 Walter Stevens Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to pay court costs and fines.
   * Christopher Ross Gill, 31, 1239 Bluefield Ave., Apt. B-2 120, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 1.
  
Theft

   * Martin Bronson, 412 Jim Elliot Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Loretta Cloyd on Tuesday that sometime in the last few days, someone had entered his vehicle while it was parked at his residence and had stolen an Auto Craft brand car battery and a 35mm camera. The total estimated value for the property that was stolen is approximately $350.
   * Tracy Carver, 834 Highway 91, Apt. B-10, reported to CCSD Deputy Michael Carlock on Tuesday that sometime either early Monday morning or late Sunday night, someone entered her vehicle while it was parked at her residence and stole a bag containing between $200 and $300 along with some personal property.

Accident

   A two-vehicle accident on Highway 91 injured two Carter County women on Wednesday evening. The Tennessee Highway Patrol identified the drivers of the two vehicles as Cynthia Blankenship, 32, no address available, and Janice A. Lyons, 2452 Gap Creek Road, both of Carter County. The accident occurred on Highway 91 in front of Hunter First Baptist Church shortly before 6 p.m. Both women were transported to a local hospital by the Carter County Rescue Squad. Further information was not immediately available Wednesday night as an investigation into the accident was ongoing.
