Arrests


* Perry Alvin Sneed, 37, 721 Fairview Road, Hampton, was arrested Monday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Tim Lowe and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 12.
* Mitchel Sneed, 41, 712 Fairview Road, Hampton, was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 12.
* William Bruce Arrowood, 24, 850 Rock Creek Road, Unicoi, was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
* Randy Paul Craig, 33, 1308 Charity Hill Road, was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant out of Washington County charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Eve Lynn Wiggins, 28, 372 Jenkins Hollow Road, was arrested Monday by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant out of Unicoi County charging her with failure to appear in court and a warrant from Washington County charging her with violation of probation.
* David Troy Inhoff, 28, 312 Weaver Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging him with parole violation.
* Holly Renee Johnson, 26, 1886 Forge Creek Road, Mountain City, was arrested early Tuesday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Michael McIntosh and charged with first offense DUI. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 1.
* Joseph Wesley Dalton, 43, 218 South Hills Drive, Apt. A, was arrested early Tuesday morning by EPD Sgt. Roger Crowe on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He was also served with six criminal summons for bad checks.
* Patricia Anne Dejoode, 23, 427 W. G St., was arrested on Monday night by EPD Sgt. Roger Crowe on a warrant charging her with filing a false police report. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on August 1.

Theft


* Lora Turbyfill, 361 Highway 91, reported to CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor that on Tuesday, a subject known to her had taken her 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier without her permission while it was parked at her residence and had not returned it.
* Martha J. Gonzalas, 832 Highway 91, reported to CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on Monday that sometime early that morning or during the previous night, someone had entered her vehicle and stolen approximately $580 worth of her personal property including cash, a personal CD player, the stereo from her vehicle, assorted clothing and a box of checks.
* Ronald Wayne Hayes, 1310 Happy Valley St., reported to EPD Capt. Rusty Verran on Monday that sometime during the early morning hours of that day or during the previous night, someone had entered his vehicle and stolen approximately $720 worth of CDs as well as two Audiovox brand speakers and some other personal property.
