Arrests

   * Ricky Gene Pritchard, 38, 119 Betterley Place, was arrested Saturday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Jim Whaley and charged with assault under domestic violence and public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Joshua D. James, 19, 342 Dalewood Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley on warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. He was also served with an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
   * Kimberly Diane Johnson, 39, 502 Washington Ave., was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Connie Sue Arquette, 35, 1608 Persinger Drive, Watauga, was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave and charged with DUI.
   * Cole B. Grayless, 26, 134 Reynolds Road, Watauga, was arrested Saturday morning by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a warrant charging him with auto burglary, theft and vandalism.
   * Penny Jean Oliver, 34, 798 U.S. Highway 91, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Randy D. Odom, 35, Sugar Hollow Road, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy and charged with second offense DUI and driving without a license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 4.
   * Robert Willis Holland, 38, 190 Chalebeate, Sulphur Springs, was arrested Sunday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck and charged with driving on a revoked license, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the financial responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 4.
   * Crystal Gail Lingerfelt, 25, 413 Colorado St., Johnson City, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Julian Burleson, 34, 245 Preacher Laws Road, Athens, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Angela Kay Grant, 31, 1294 Bluefield Ave., Apt. B-1, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Patricia Harrison Blevins, 42, 2477 U.S. Highway 91, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a warrant charging her with child neglect. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 5.
   * Roy Dean Hill, 28, 1541 Broad Street Ext., was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave and charged with violation of an order of protection.
   * Michael Eugene Powell, 33, 152 Wilson Ave., was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave and charged with assault under domestic violence.
   * John Kevin Ridneour, 34, 130 Carlton Lane, Piney Flats, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in Criminal Court on Aug. 12.
   * Amanda D. Osborne, 21, 3645 U.S. Highway 91, Mountain City, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor on a warrant charging her with worthless checks. She was also served with an outstanding warrant from Washington County.
   * Sean Jamerson Arnold, 29, 603 Cedar Ave., was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on a warrant charging him with violating an order of protection and two warrants charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Matthew Shawn Scott, 19, 118 Treadway St., was arrested early Saturday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Michael McIntosh and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license and violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 1.
   * David Troy Imhoff, 28, 312 Weaver Hill Road, Johnson City, was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD Sgt. Roger Crowe and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 1.
   * Charles Taylor Johnson, 28, 1503 Garden Road, was arrested Sunday night by EPD Capt. Rusty Verran on a warrant out of criminal court charging him with violation of probation.
   * Vernon R. Depew, 38, 403 Linda Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday evening by EPD Ptl. Michael McIntosh on a warrant charging him with escape.
   * Debbie White Stout, 47, 178 John Alfred Loop, was arrested early Sunday morning by EPD Ptl. Tonya Range and charged with disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 1.
   * David H. Presnell, 48, 623 Walnut St., was arrested Friday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Michael Merritt and charged with third offense driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Aug. 1.
   * David Anthony Sluder, 38, Rt. 1 P.O. Box 66, Shady Valley, Tenn., was arrested at approximately 1 a.m. Monday morning by Sullivan County Sheriff's Office detective Shane Christian and charged with aggravated rape and aggravated assault. Police were called to Friendship Boat Dock, U.S. Highway 421, Bristol, Tenn. in regard to a person screaming for help. The victim was taken to Bristol Medical Center for medical attention. The arrest was made after interviews with witnesses. Sluder will be arraigned in Bristol General Sessions Court today.
   * James Michael Cain, 27, of 172 Greenway Rd., Limestone, was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with two counts of theft over $1,000 and one count of theft over $500 for pawning one of two diamond rings he stole from Fine's Jewelers, 3101 Peoples St., Johnson City, to Johnson Jewelers, 4703 N. Roan St., Johnson City. He is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned today.
  
 Theft

   * Dewayn Cox, 247 McKinney Road, Roan Mountain, reported to CCSD Lt. Bob Hooks that someone recently stole approximately $700 worth of his personal property from his boat, including a Pioneer brand stereo, while it was docked at Mallard Cove, Butler.
   * Connie Chessler, 108 Butterfly Lane, reported to CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe that sometime in the last month, someone broke into a residence belonging to her at 920 Gap Creek Road and had stolen a microwave, a small stereo and a space heater.
   * Loretta Elliott, 105 Church St., reported to EPD Ptl. Tonya Range that on Saturday or Sunday, someone broke into her residence and stole nearly $600 worth of jewelry.
