Arrests

   * Eulice Carter, Jr., 58, 1684 U.S. Highway 19E, was arrested Wednesday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with vandalism under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 15.
   * Randy Dale Odom, 35, Sugar Hollow Road, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Fred Sluder on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Phillip L. Berkowitz, 30, 1313 Southeast St., Hickory, N.C., was arrested Wednesday evening by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe and charged with DUI, driving on a revoked license and violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Teri Lynn Buchanan, 32, 426 Shell Creek, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday evening by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe and charged with public intoxication. She was also served with a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on both counts on July 14.
   * Ronald E. Morris, 25, 1917 Powder Branch Road, Johnson City, was served with two warrants charging him with forgery Wednesday while he was incarcerated in the Carter County Jail by Elizabethton Police Department PTL. Shannon Peters. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Asa Ray Ward, 60, 910 1/2 Cedar Ave., was arrested Wednesday morning by EPD PTL. Shannon Peters and charged with violating an order of protection. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Ima Lorena Morefield, 61, 528 Lee Ave., was arrested early Wednesday morning by EPD PTL. Mark Roberts and charged with assault under domestic violence. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Nicklaus W. Guinn, 25, 623 S. Lynn Ave., was served with a warrant charging him with leaving the scene of an accident, second offense driving on a suspended license and violation of the financial responsibility law Wednesday while he was incarcerated in the Carter County Jail by Elizabethton Police Department PTL. Michael Merritt. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Kristina L. Bond, 27, 623 S. Lynn Ave., was arrested Wednesday morning by EPD PTL. Michael Merritt on a warrant charging her with giving a false statement to a law enforcement officer. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
  
 Theft

   * Callie Smith, of Mountain City, reported to EPD PTL. Jennifer Mayberry that while her vehicle was parked at Sycamore Shoals Hospital, someone had broken into it and stolen approximately $475 worth of stereo equipment and a Whistler brand radar detector valued at $100.
