Arrests

   * Krystal Huser, 19, 212 Jenkins Hollow Road, was arrested Tuesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. She was additionally charged with criminal impersonation. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Darrell Wayne Crawford, 41, 353 Swimming Pool Road, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Michael Carlock on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Everette Tony Malone Jr., 32, 278 Fox Hollow Road, Bluff City, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff on an attachment for contempt out of Chancery Court. He is scheduled to appear in Chancery Court on August 6.
   * Walter Andrew Ferguson, 19, 512 Dye Leaf Road, Butler, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Nickalus Willard Guinn, 25, 623 South Lynn Ave., was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff on warrants charging him with failure to serve jail time on a conviction of violation of probation; failure to appear in court on charges of assault under domestic violence, driving on a suspended license and fleeing to avoid apprehension and felony escape. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14. He was also served with an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court. He is scheduled to appear in Juvenile Court to face that charge on July 17.
   * Randy Dale Odom, 35, Sugar Hollow Road, was arrested Tuesday evening by Elizabethton Police Department Capt. Jack Verran and charged with second offense DUI, driving without a license, violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the financial responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Troy Steven Scalf, 28, 1106 Cedar Ave., was arrested early Wednesday morning on a capias out of Criminal Court for failure to pay fines and court costs.
   * Terry Don Markland, 51, 2109 David Miller Road, was arrested Tuesday by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with attempted aggravated burglary. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court today.
  
Theft

   * Jessica Street, 115 Street's Lane, Hampton, reported to CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach that sometime on July 2 or 3, someone had broken into a storage building located at her residence and had stolen a set of Centerline wheels and tires, a set of rail wheels and some aluminum valve pans.
