Arrests

   * John Russell Welsch, 24, 1020 New Beason Well Road, Kingsport, was arrested Friday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Jeff Markland and charged with driving on a revoked license and violation of the vehicle registration law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 21.
   * Amy R. Clawson, 20, 1323 Blue Springs Road, was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with assault under domestic violence. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 21.
   * Johnny Lee Clawson, 21, 1323 Blue Springs Road, was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 21.
   * Rebecca Jo Truschke, 36, 622 Poga Road, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland and charged with assault under domestic violence. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 21.
   * Eric Randall Bennett, 19, 102 Cedar St., Johnson City, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Molly Kathleen Clawson, 30, 113 Clawson Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sunday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with third offense driving on a suspended license. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 15.
   * Willie Joe Whitson, 26, 640 Elm St., Erwin, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 15.
   * Robert Calvin Perry, 35, 228B South Hills Drive, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with being a fugitive from justice from the state of Arkansas. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Juanita Jean Sheffield, 38, 323 Peters Hollow Road, was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave on a warrant charging her with obtaining narcotics by fraud. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Tony Dale Arnold, 38, 122 Edgewater Road, was arrested Sunday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Jerry Eugene Baker, 40, 106 Brittney Drive, was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Harry Wendell Page, 47, 2807 Bob Little Road, was arrested Sunday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Tammie Roseann Ford, 38, 628 Long Hollow Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging her with two counts of custodial interference and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Byron K. Tolley, 23, 213 Jim Elliot Road, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a warrant charging him with driving on a revoked license, failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and violation of the financial responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Jeffery Lee Guy, 23, 136 Beechwood Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Kenneth Hardin and charged with theft of property and going armed. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Nathan Bowers, 44, 157 Lover's Lane, was arrested Friday night by EPD Sgt. John Bailey and charged with burglary and assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 21. He was also served with an outstanding capias warrant from Criminal Court.
   * Kevin Woodby, 24, 113 Dan Cole Road, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun and charged with violation of the vehicle registration law, violation of the financial responsibility law and driving on a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Nicole Denise Madison, 32, of 4 Mel Circle Apt. 6, Johnson City, and Shalina Ann Hill, 30, of 1006 N. Boone Ave., Johnson City, were arrested Monday afternoon by Johnson City Police Department Inv. Jason Abernathy and charged with aggravated burglary. Both are being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a bond of $5,000 each.
  
Theft

   * Gene Fleenor, of Keenburg Freewill Baptist Church, located at 120 King Springs Road, reported to CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe that sometime between June 14 and July 5, someone had stolen a Yard Machine brand 20-inch self-propelled lawn mower, a Craftsman brand cut trim mower and a weed eater from the church property. An estimated value for the items stolen was not available.
   * Travis Acord, 194 Piney Grove Road, Hampton, reported to CCSD Deputy Michael Carlock on Wednesday that sometime early that morning or during the previous night, someone had stolen two BF Goodrich all terrain tires and one Wild Country RTV tire from his residence. The estimated value of the tires is more than $200.
   * Edward R. Miller, 1009 Rocky Ridge Road, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor on Sunday that sometime early that morning, someone had broken into his 1988 Jeep Cherokee while it was parked at his residence and had stolen a cellular phone and a JVC brand CD player belonging to him.
   * Byron MIller, of the Subway/Shell Station, located at 8369 U.S. Highway 19E, Roan Mountain, reported to CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe on Friday that sometime early that morning or during the previous night, someone had broken into the business and had stolen nearly $250 in cash along with 14 cartons of Marlboro brand cigarettes. The perpetrators also removed the tape out of the store's security camera.
   * Shaun Bowers, Lot 56 Tina Drive, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor that sometime Friday morning, someone broke into his 1992 Plymouth Laser while it was parked at his residence and had stolen the detachable face plate to his Pioneer CD player, a speaker box, a Texas Instruments TI-83 model calculator and some clothing. The total estimated value for the property stolen is $400.
   * Michael Leonard Mathena, 818 Walnut St., reported to EPD Ptl. Mike Commons that sometime during the early morning hours of Thursday or during the previous night, someone had broken into two vehicles which were parked at his residence and had stolen approximately $620 worth of personal property including two radar detectors, a tool box with assorted tools and a cellular phone.
   * Charles Wilson reported to EPD Ptl. Tonya Range on Friday that someone had stolen a five horsepower 100 gallon air compressor as well as a 200 foot hose from a construction site he was working on located at 600 S. Pine St. The total estimated value for the property stolen is $1,000.
   * William M. Sherer, 1252 Bluefield Ave., Apt. L3, reported to EPD Ptl. Tonya Range on Sunday that sometime early that morning or during the previous night, someone had entered his 1993 Chevrolet Cavalier and stole a JVC brand CD player along with a CD belonging to him.
