Arrests

   * William Virgil Schwartz, 37, 190 Keenburg Road, was arrested late Wednesday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 15.
   * Freeman White Jr., 32, 427 W. G St., was arrested late Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Rafael Alberto Garcia, 44, 129 Banner St., Erwin, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on a warrant charging him with felony violation of probation.
   * Jeffrey Lynn Graham, 24, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Karrie Nikki Parlier, 23, 1713 E. Millard Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on a charge of bad checks. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Greg William Ward, 36, 311 3rd Ave., Hampton, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Mike Carlock on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was additionally charged with evading arrest and two counts of resisting arrest. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Christina Ann Pickens, 24, Ed Davis Road, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * David Richard Tester, 29, 420 Linda Circle, was arrested Tuesday night by Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Keith Allen Weaver, 39, 400 E. Mill St., was arrested Tuesday evening by EPD Sgt. John Ramsey and charged with domestic abuse. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Iva Fisher, 20, 298 Bluefield Ave., was arrested Thursday by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with attempting to obtain narcotics by fraud. She is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on July 7.
   * Scotty Alan Campbell, 28, of Johnson City, was arrested early Wednesday morning by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with joyriding, vandalism, simple assault and second offense driving on a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on July 10.
   * Michael K. Long, 24, 2306 Textile St., Johnson City, was arrested early Wednesday morning by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with possession of Schedule II narcotics (crack/cocaine).
  
Theft

   * Bridget R. Rouse, 214 Rockhouse Road, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable that sometime between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 5 a.m. Wednesday, someone broke into her 1994 Chevrolet Beretta and stole a Rampage brand CD player with a detachable face. The stereo was valued at approximately $100.
   * Allan Prince, 1011 Long St., Johnson City, reported to EPD Ptl. Michael Sproviero that sometime between 8 p.m. Tuesday and 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, someone broke into a trailer that was parked behind Fred's Amoco, located at 320 W. Elk Ave., and stole approximately $5,000 worth of sound equipment belonging to him.
