Arrests

   * Roy McClellan, 48, 231 Roark Park Lane, Hampton, was arrested Friday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Tim Lowe and charged with assault under domestic violence.
   * Markeus Wesley Largent, 18, 164 Largent Drive, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
   * Robert Harrison Blevins, 36, 152 Hilltop Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Alejandro Antonio Candelas, 19, 126 Dennis Cove Road, Hampton, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Manuel Velasques, 35, 113 Rosenbaum Private Drive, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Henry Boyd McKinney, 52, 1296 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 15.
   * Kristopher Boyd McKinney, 29, 1296 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 15.
   * Anthony Mack Hill, 20, 103 Mayfield Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess and charged with DUI.
   * Herbert W. Camplin Jr., 23, 135 Lynnwood Ave., was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess and charged with public intoxication.
   * Justin R. Spanier, 22, of Gary, Ind., was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess and charged with public intoxication.
   * Rachel Matheson, 34, 515 Holston Ave., was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Janice Black and charged with violation of an order of protection.
   * James R. Russell, 33, Hampton, was arrested Friday night by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on two warrants charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Brandon Douglas Honeycutt, 18, 1151 Blue Springs Road, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with possession of Schedule II narcotics, driving on a suspended license and violation of the vehicle registration law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 17.
   * Kenneth Ray Walker, 48, 104 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Karen Dare Zukowski, 38, 104 Dan Berry Hill Road, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave and charged with assault under domestic violence.
   * Kimberly Anne Miller, 43, of Daytona Beach, Fla., was arrested Saturday evening by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Roger Crowe and charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license.
   * Ronnie D. Sanders, 34, 109 Massey St., was arrested late Friday night by EPD Ptl. Michael McIntosh and charged with public intoxication, possession of Schedule IV narcotics and possession of a legend drug. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Travis Coty Williams, 18, 205 Holston Ave., Apt. B, was arrested Friday by EPD Ptl. Shannon Peters on a warrant charging him with driving on a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident and evading arrest.
   * Christopher Ross Gill, 31, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Apt. B212, was arrested Sunday afternoon by EPD Ptl. Michael McIntosh and charged with attempting to obtain narcotics by fraudulent means. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Scotty Barnette, 28, 123 Rosenbaum Private Drive, was arrested early Monday morning by EPD Ptl. Michael McIntosh and served with an attachment for contempt out of Washington County Juvenile Court. He was transported to Washington County by McIntosh and was released to the custody of Washington County Sheriff's Department officers.
   * Matthew G. Ledford, 24, 109 Fitzsimmons Hill Road, was arrested early Friday morning by EPD Ptl. Joy Shoun on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
  
Theft

   * James E. Sims, 271 Rocky Branch Road, reported to CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess that between noon and 5 p.m. on Sunday, someone entered his residence and stole approximately $11,500 worth of his personal property including a 27-inch Sanyo brand television with a built in VCR, a Gateway 2000 computer with monitor and Cannon brand printer, a karioke machine, approximately 300 CDs and 50 VHS tapes, two Cobra brand car stereos, seven fishing poles with reels, four tool boxes with assorted mechanic tools and assorted items of jewelry.
   * David Stout, 2110 Old Lewis Road, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Deputy Rebecka Bowers that sometime between Friday and Sunday, someone had stolen a Craftsman brand lawn tractor valued at approximately $3,000 from his residence.
   * Bradley S. Price reported to CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess that sometime late Sunday night or early Monday morning, someone had stolen a Sony brand stereo out of his 1993 Honda while it was parked at 214 Rockhouse Road. The estimated value of the stereo is $200.
   * Katy Nicokemus reported to CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe that on Sunday, two males entered the fireworks stand where she works on U.S. Highway 91 near the Sunoco gas station and stole approximately $20 worth of fireworks.
   * Bear Davis, of Smith Mobile Homes, 2625 Elizabethton Highway, reported to EPD Ptl. Jennifer Mayberry on Saturday that someone had broken a window out of one of the mobile homes on the business' property and had stolen an oak table valued at $600. Approximately $400 in damage was done to the mobile home in the break in.
