Arrests

   * Burt Jeffrey Mathes, 49, 108 Hanover Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Kevin Cable and charged with felony reckless endangerment. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 1.
   * Tommy S. Guess, no age available, 309 Anderson Road, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland and charged with DUI, driving on a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 14.
   * Carl Edward Parks, 32, 154 Ollie Collins Road, was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with assault under domestic violence and public intoxication.
   * Ashley Brooke Perry, 24, 310 Berry Hill Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with second offense DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 30.
   * Rebecca Gaye Estep, 29, no address available, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on two warrants charging her with violation of probation.
   * Donna Kay Young, 35, no address available, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Keith Lynn Brummitt, 20, 1861 Powder Branch Road, was arrested Sunday night by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was also served with an Attachment Pro Corpus.
   * Jonathan K. Whithead, 33, 2691 Bob Little Road, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Steven Lewis Peters, 41, 104 Burrow Lane, was arrested Saturday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Charles Taylor Johnson, 28, 1503 Garden Road, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Amy Janell Fields, 28, 1706 E. Unaka Ave., Johnson City, was arrested late Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan and charged with assault under domestic violence and public intoxication. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 30.
   * Edward Keith Lyons, 44, 214 Rockhouse Road, was arrested early Sunday morning by Tennessee Constable Larry Presnell on a warrant charging him with theft under $500.
   * Melinda S. Pearson Gilbert, 22, 1168 Shady St. Apt. 42, Mountain City, was arrested Friday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Alan Dean Pearson, 27, 2983 Lakeview Drive, Butler, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 15.
   * Arthur Blaine Hoover, 40, 126 Millie Harrison Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 15.
   * Jose Nicholas Alvarado, 24, Carriage Apartments, Sneed Hill Road, was arrested late Sunday night by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. John Ramsey on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
   * Stevie I. Estep, 43, 110 Dugger Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by EPD PTL. Mike Commons and charged with public intoxication and evading arrest. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 30.
   * Walter Kenneth Smith, 32, 408 McArthur St., was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD PTL. Mike Commons and charged with obtaining narcotics by fraud. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 30.
  
Theft

   * Buford Frazier, of Frazier's Auto Sales, 4250 Highway 19E, reported to CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on Friday afternoon that sometime early that morning or during the previous night, someone had stolen four 14-inch spoke chrome rims and four white letter tires off of a 1993 Ford Escort that was parked on the business' property. The estimated value for the rims and tires is $1,200.
   * Robert C. Brown, 128 Spring Drive, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on Friday afternoon that sometime early that morning or during the previous night, someone had stolen four 16- inch Borbet Aluminum wheels, two Firestone 205 x 16.40 tires and two Goodyear 205 x 16.40 tires from the porch of his residence. The estimated value for the wheels and tires is $1,400.
   * Jackie R. Williams, 110 Greenbriar Road, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson that someone broke into his 1985 Toyota pickup truck while it was parked at a residence belonging to him located at 129 Norman Joines Road and stole a camper top, two tail light assemblies and the vehicle's radiator.
   * Shelia Street, 105 Five Oaks, Johnson City, reported to Tennessee Constable Jerry Miller on Friday night that someone had entered her residence and had stolen approximately 25 movies, a Sony digital camcorder and four XBox games.
   * Doris J. Oakes, 601 Holly Lane, reported to EPD Sgt. John Ramsey that sometime Sunday evening, someone entered her residence and stole a Sony PlayStation 2 game system with two controllers that belonged to her grandson.
   * Charles Carden, owner of Carden's Garage, 404 Railroad Street, reported to EPD PTL. Michael Sproviero that sometime in the early morning hours of June 17 or late on the evening of June 16, someone broke into three vehicles parked at his business, damaging two of them and stealing a Koss brand CD player from a third.
