Arrests

   * Christopher George Miller, 27, 147 Fox Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 24.
   * Freddie Lee Julian, 26, Eastland Apartments, Apt. 2, Highway 19E, Hampton, was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Sgt. Ken E. Dugger and charged with public intoxication.
   * Ronald Edward Morris, 25, 1917 Powder Branch Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Christopher Mitchell Murden, 27, 150 Sunny Acres, was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Sgt. Ken E. Dugger and charged with violation of the vehicle registration law and violation of the open container law. He was also served with a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Theodore Norman Able, 31, 200 Hamilton Road, was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Brandon Lee Bowles, 19, 493 Garrison Hollow Road, Apt. 5, was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 30.
   * Denis Edward Fair, 52, 1003 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with the possession of a firearm under the influence.
   * Phillip S. Presnell Sr., 46, of 212 W. Unaka Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Monday afternoon by Johnson City Police Department officer D. Carey and charged with aggravated domestic assault. The arrest stems from an investigation into a domestic assault in violation of an order of protection. He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond. He is scheduled to appear in Sessions Court Thursday.
  
Theft

   * Michael Cox, 305 RockhouseRoad, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Sgt. Ken E. Dugger, that sometime on Monday, someone broke into his 1990 Nissan 300 ZX while it was parked at his residence and had stolen a Whistler brand radar detector, two eight inch speakers and the faceplate off a Pioneer CD player.
   * Diana Frost, 114 Calbaugh Lane, reported to Elizabethton Police Department Ptl. Mike Commons that sometime between 8 p.m. on Monday and 4:15 a.m. on Tuesday, someone broke into her vehicle while it was parked at the Franklin Health and Fitness Center and removed the CB radio from it.
   * Brandon Mitchell, 210 Hart Road, Apt. 4, reported to EPD Ptl. Mike Commons that sometime between 10 p.m. on Monday and 3:35 a.m. on Tuesday, someone broke into his vehicle and stole more than $600 worth of stereo equipment including a Sony Explode CD player, a 400 watt amp and seven speakers.
