Arrests

   * Brett Alan Bare, 22, 107 McCloud St., Roan Mountain, was arrested Sunday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. Mike Fraley and Deputy Dean Jones and charged with aggravated assault and possession of legend drugs. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 30.
   * David Matthew McCloud, 23, 1020 West G St., was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with possession of Schedule VI narcotics (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on those charges on June 30. He was also served with a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Michael Lynn Hester, 35, 145 Commodore Ave., was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 24.
   * Charles Colen Bowers, 33, 163 Neth Drive, Milligan College, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence, manufacturing Schedule VI narcotics (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 30.
   * Joseph Michael Whitson, 20, 147 Wilbur Dam Road, was arrested late Sunday night by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with driving on a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 30.
   * James Howard Nave, 48, 160 Rosewood Circle, Apt. 1, Watauga, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 23.
   * Ronald Edward Morris, 25, 1917 Powder Branch Road, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with criminal impersonation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 30.
   * Ronnie Steve Miller, 38, 194 Marion Branch Road, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear in court on charges of two counts of DUI, possession of Schedule VI narcotics (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license and two counts of assault under domestic violence.
   * Donna Mae Potter, 36, 266 Whaleytown Road, Butler, was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Michael Lynn Hester, 35, 143 Commodore Ave., was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on charges of driving on a suspended license and not wearing his safety belt.
   * Samual Jack Lyons, 28, 330 Cash Hollow Road, was arrested Sunday evening by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on charges of driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 24.
   * Leslie Charles Clendenin, 40, 189 Old Stoney Creek Road, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley, Deputy Dean Jones and Deputy Dave Ryan on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Lester Robby Julian, Jr., 29, 128 Betterly Place, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on several warrants charging him with violation of parole, assault under domestic violence, fleeing to avoid apprehension, evading arrest and reckless endangerment. He was also served with an attachment for contempt out of Chancery Court and an order of protection.
  
Theft

   * Wanda Thurston, 1271 Bluefield Ave., Apt. A-2, reported to Elizabethton Police Department PTL Joy Shoun that sometime on Friday, someone had entered her residence and had stolen more than $500 worth of her personal property including several items of jewelry, a Sony PlayStation 2 game system with controllers, two games for the Sony PlayStation and a Sony stereo.
   * Daniel Harold, 618 S. Lynn Ave., reported to EPD PTL Joy Shoun that on Friday, someone had entered his residence and stole several items of jewelry belonging to his wife. The total estimated value for the stolen property is approximately $400.
   * Mark Wishon, 107 Anderson Road, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Sgt. Ken E. Dugger that sometime between 8 p.m. on Thursday and 9 a.m. on Friday, someone stole a red and white Honda motorcycle and a red Rayobi weed eater from his residence. The total estimated value for the stolen property is $2,500.
