Arrests

   * Anthony Wayne Hall, 33, 185 Sheets Hollow Road, was arrested Monday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Janice Black on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Randy A. Bowman, 31, 302 Bone Road, Gray, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave on an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
   * Kenny Matheson, 29, 103 Pritchard St., Roan Mountain, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with driving on a revoked license and evading arrest.
   * Roy Edward Silvers, 31, 539 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with assault under domestic violence and vandalism under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 13.
   * Martin L. Sanders, 23, 3406 Browns Mill Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday morning by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Michael Merritt and charged with driving on a revoked license and violation of the vehicle registration law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 13.
  
Theft

   * Sarah Odom, 340 Lover's Lane, reported to CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on Monday evening that sometime after 2 p.m. on that date, someone had stolen her son's minibike from the front yard of their residence.
   * Tommy Shingleton, 306 Dennis Cove Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach on Monday that he had parked his truck at Lake Shore Marina on Sunday afternoon and when he returned to it on Monday morning he discovered that someone had entered the vehicle and stole some personal papers from the glove box of the car as well as a .45 caliber Smith and Wesson semi-automatic handgun valued at more than $500.

Accident

* A two car accident on Highway 321 Tuesday afternoon sent a Hampton woman to the hospital. According to CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy, the accident occurred when a Dodge pickup truck driven by Margie Lewis, Parham St., Hampton, entered 321 from a side street. Shortly after pulling onto the highway, Lewis attempted to turn left onto Swimming Pool Road. A Honda driven by Jessica Ritchie, 205 Scott St., Butler, swerved into the left lane to avoid striking Lewis when she entered the highway but struck the truck on the driver's side when Lewis attempted to turn, according to police. Lewis was transported to Sycamore Shoals Hospital by the Carter County Rescue Squad, according to a CCRS member. Police said intoxicants were not involved in the accident.
