Arrests

   * Carl Lynn Irick, 31, U.S. Highway 19E, Hampton, was arrested Friday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 23.
   * Michael Lee Carr, 24, 132 Sand Mine Road, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson and charged with fifth offense driving on a revoked license, felony reckless endangerment and felony evading arrest.
   * John K. Holly, 23, 2223 Unaka Springs, Erwin, was arrested Friday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with DUI and violation of the financial responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 17.
   * Tony Charles Campbell, 20, 1242 U.S. Highway 91, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with assault.
   * Victoria Ashley Campbell, 19, 1242 U.S. Highway 91 was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor on warrants charging her with two counts of assault.
   * Jamie Lynn Townsend, 33, 608 Locust St., Apt. 32, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor on a warrant charging him with assault.
   * Jack William Hoss, 18, 1112 Stateline Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Trenda Lynn Forman, 28, 531 Shell Creek Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Edward W. Dishner, 27, 467 Buncombe Road, Blountville, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Sgt. Jeff Winters on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of driving on a revoked license.
   * Joshua Alvin Trotter, 30, 601 W. G. St., was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Steve D. Lewis on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of harassment.
   * Shannon Pierce, 29, 107 Timber Ridge Road, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 23.
   * Thad Jonathon Buckles, 20, 213 Holston Ave., was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Donald White on an attachment out of Juvenile Court.
   * Shawn Brandon Stalcup, 21, 297 Keenburg Road, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on two counts of worthless checks. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Brandon Douglas Honeycutt, 18, 1151 Blue Springs Road, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with first offense driving on a suspended license and possession of Schedule VI narcotics. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 23.
   * Gregory Lee Calderon, 20, Charles Apartments, Watauga Ave., was arrested Saturday night by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. John Bailey and charged with public intoxication and underage consumption. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 13.
   * Stephen Shane Bateman, 23, 152 Webb Hollow Loop, was arrested Sunday evening by EPD Sgt. John Bailey and charged with public intoxication and evading arrest. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 13.
   * Shane Uriah Helbert, 25, 108 Carr Hollow Road, was arrested Thursday evening by EPD PTL Shannon Peters and charged with public intoxication, possession of Schedule IV narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on all charges on June 16.
   * Christopher Scott Causby, 30, 622 W. C St., was arrested in the early morning hours on Saturday by EPD PTL Brooke Mullins and charged with simple possession of Schedule VI narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   * Walter Lee Davidson, 52, 3409 Unicoi Drive, Unicoi, was arrested Friday night by EPD Capt. Arthur Smithdeal and charged with DUI.
   * Anna Maria Vaughn, 25, 166 Buttermilk Road, Gray, was arrested Sunday night by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with possession of Schedule II narcotics, possession of Schedule III narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   * Randall Lee Dibbles, 50, 305 Montgomery St., was arrested Sunday by officers of the JCPD and charged with obtaining narcotics by fraud.
  
Theft

   * Blaine McAmis, 210 George Bowers Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Albert Nave on Sunday afternoon that earlier that same day a male subject known to him had stolen 12 bales of hay that belonged to him from a field on Lina Harvey Road.
   * Leea Shaffer, 212 Dogwood Acres, Hampton, reported to CCSD Sgt. Jeff Winters that in the early morning hours on Sunday, two male subjects not known to her stole a weedeater belonging to her from her residence.
  
Vandalism

   * Casey McDowell, 415 Field Road, Apt. 5, reported to EPD PTL Michael McIntosh that sometime in the early morning hours on Sunday or during the previous night, someone had vandalized her vehicle, a 1994 Geo Prism, while it was parked at her residence. According to reports, the perpetrator entered the vehicle and poured a mixture of Chef Boyardee Tortellini, raw eggs and egg salad over property belonging to McDowell that was located in the vehicle. McDowell also reported that bleach had been poured all over the inside of the vehicle, ruining some personal belongings, and the driver's side of the vehicle had been scratched. The damage done to the vehicle and property inside was estimated at more than $1,300.
  
Missing Person

  
* Jeffrey Lee Cross, 16, was reported missing on Saturday by his mother, Sara White. Cross is described as a white male with blond hair and brown eyes, about five feet, six inches tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. He was last seen at his residence, 156 Big Springs Road, on Friday afternoon wearing baggy black jeans and white tennis shoes.
