Arrests

   * Christy Berry Hicks, 33, 420 W. Maple St., Apt. 4, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on a charge of theft under $500. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 11.
   * Dillard Ted Ingram, 35, 604-1/2 S. Pine St., was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with failure to pay costs and fines.
   * Paula Dean Nave, 20, 803 Riverside Drive, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Eric James Hall, 22, 907 Ashley Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Larry Dale Guinn Jr., 19, 2218 Sunflower Lane, Watauga, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Jason Thomas Lilley, 26, 456 Dalewood Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of driving on a suspended license.
   * Pricilla A. Austin, 47, 818 Lamont St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with theft and forgery. She is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court today.
   * Angela Maines, 34, 120 Boone St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday night by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with theft over $1,000.

* Jessie C. Grissom, 66 Milligan Lane, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson that a female subject known to him entered his residence and stole approximately $600 worth of property belonging to him including several items of clothing, a rental DVD, a handheld drink mixer and approximately 40 CDs.
   * Tonia Moffitt, 108 Bear Hollow Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Eric Buck that sometime on May 31, someone stole two Pit Bull puppies from her residence. An estimated value for the stolen dogs was not available.
   * Debra Potter, 167 Edgewater Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Eric Buck that sometime between May 26 and June 1, someone entered her residence and stole several items including a 32-inch Zenith floor model television, a 27-inch RCA television, a Sylvania surveillance camera and an assortment of tools.
   * Wesley Carr, 215 Dry Branch Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor that sometime on the evening of May 31, someone stole his Beaver brand weed eater from the porch of his residence. The weed eater is valued at $100.
   * Mike Pritchard, owner of Taylor's Auto Sales, located on Highway 91, reported to CCSD Deputy Eric Buck that sometime during the early morning hours of May 31 or during the previous night, someone entered his car lot by climbing over the fence and had stolen the CD player out of a 1993 Chevrolet Camaro, the battery out of a 1988 Chevrolet Silverado and four batteries which were located behind the building.
