Arrests

  
* Natasha Micheala Bowers, 23, 195 Roy Bowers Road, was arrested Monday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   *Roland M. Street, 33, 124 Rowe Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of DUI.
   * William Jason Rubble, 25, 149 Mill Pond Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Fred Sluder on a warrant charging him with failure to pay fines and costs.
   * Douglas Bert Swanner, 32, 501 E. 9th St., Johnson City, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with second offense DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 17.
   * William Terrial Ward, 31, 2471 Crackers Neck Road, Mountain City, was arrested early Saturday morning by CCSD Sgt. T. Lowe and charged with public intoxication.
   * Jeremy Ryan Cook, 19, 110 Carterview Drive, was arrested Friday night by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer and charged with DUI, violation of the financial responsibility law, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of the implied consent law and possession of Schedule VI narcotics. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 9.
   * Rebecca Lee Vandevender, 31, 128 Dotson Lane, Mountain City, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Lt. Bob Hooks and Deputy Rick Taylor on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * William Paul Daniles, 36, 191 Rosewood Circle, was arrested Sunday night by Tennessee Constable Larry Perry and charged with first offense DUI.
   * Christopher Scott Rogers, 34, 152 Emeral Hills Drive, was arrested Friday night by Tennessee Constable Jerry Miller on an Attachment Pro Corpus from Juvenile Court. He is scheduled to appear in Juvenile Court on June 19.
   * Brian Harold Roberts, 30, 208 Handcock Road, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 17.
   * James Carl Osborne, 31, 128 Rainbolt Lane, Mountain City, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Lt. Bob Hooks and Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 17.
   * Ross Markland, 51, 129 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff on a warrant charging him with stalking.
   * Tammie Smithey Birchfield, 33, 122 Highlander Drive, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Brenda Sue Markland, 57, 1895 Highway 91, was arrested Sunday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Capt. Clyde Croy and charged with DUI.
   * Eric L. Draper, 19, 2719 S. Roan St., Apt. 14, Johnson City, was arrested early Monday morning by EPD PTL Michael McIntosh and charged with public intoxication, simple possession of Schedule VI narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 6.
   * James Patrick Wolters, 47, 515 Maple St., was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD Sgt. Roger Crowe and charged with public intoxication.
   * Alan Bruce Smith, 40, 282 Woodlyn Road, Johnson City, was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD Capt. Jack Verran and charged with DUI, violation of the financial responsibility law and violation of the vehicle registration law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 6.
   * Steve Curran, 55, 604 Beech St., was arrested Saturday afternoon by EPD PTL Shannon Peters and charged with assault under domestic violence and vandalism under domestic violence.
   * James Wesley Scalf, 56, 128 W. B. Yeates Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday morning by EPD PTL Jason Shaw on a warrant charging him with fourth offense driving on a revoked license. He was also served with warrants charging him with failure to appear in court and violation of probation.
  
Theft

  
* Jim Palmer, 157 Bare Hollow Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett that sometime on Sunday, someone had broken into his home and stolen a Smith and Wesson .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol. An estimated value for the handgun was not available.
   * Jason C. Jones, 118 Whitehead Road, Hampton, reported to CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller that sometime between May 27 and May 29, someone broke into his residence and stole several items of his personal property including a futon sofa, a 27 inch JVC television, a 21 inch Philips television, a PlayStation II gaming system with approximately 10 games, several DVDs, two shotguns and several items of jewelry.
