Arrests

   * Roy Lee Troutman, 44, 8041 U.S. Highway 91, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Bradley N. Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Edsel Eugene Perkins, 72, 299 Perkins Hollow Road, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 3.
   * Sherwood Cannon Davis, 34, 1420 Southside Road, was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 2.
   * Robert Jatan Lowery, 37, 128 North Bertrand, Knoxville, was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with fifth offense driving on a suspended license and theft over $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 3.
   * Craig L. Perkins, 32, 195 Willard Perkins Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday evening by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with fourth offense DUI and first offense driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on June 24.
   * Trenda Lynn Forman, 28, 531 Shell Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Jack William Hoss, 18, 1112 Stateline Road, was arrested Tuesday night by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Mike Commons and charged with forgery and possession of stolen property.
  
Theft

   * Bobby Trivette reported to CCSD Deputy Loretta Cloyd that someone had broken into the construction crew trailer where he works while it was parked at a site on Dry Creek and had stolen approximately $3,500 worth of tools including a Honda generator, a pavement breaker and a Stihl pipe saw.
   * Amy Carrier, 309 Eisenhour St., reported to EPD PTL Michael Sproviero that sometime between late Friday and early Saturday someone broke into her vehicle while it was parked at her residence and stole a Sony walkman CD player valued at $45.
   * Billie J. Banner, 309 Eisenhour St., reported to EPD PTL Michael Sproviero that sometime between late Friday and early Saturday someone broke into her vehicle while it was parked at her residence and stole more than $1,500 in personal property including cash, her purse and various medical supplies and equipment.
