Arrests

* Matthew Cody, Pilkington, 19, 474 Elizabethton Highway, Bluff City, was arrested early Wednesday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Keith Range on a warrant charging him with aggravated burglary and theft over $500.
   * Angela Renee Potter, 25, Green Acres Subdivision, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland and charged with disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 27.
   * Kenneth Charles Hopson, 29, 117 Norman Joines Road, was arrested Wednesday evening by Tennessee Constable Larry Presnell and charged with driving on a suspended license and violation of the financial responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 27.
   * Lance E. Forbes, 29, 1831 Woodhaven Drive, was arrested early Thursday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. John Bailey and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 27.
   * Larry Grindstaff, 1610 Hillview Drive, was arrested late Wednesday night by EPD Sgt. John Bailey and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 27.
   * Ryan Doyle Jones, 22, 4175 Cherokee Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Tuesday by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with criminal simulation.

Theft

* Raymond E. Hathaway, 117 Helton Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan that on Wednesday afternoon, a male subject known to him stole approximately $150 in cash from his residence.
   * Lora Morrison, 515 McCloud Road, reported to EPD PTL Jason Shaw that on Wednesday, someone stole the stereo out of her car while it was parked at Food City, located on Broad Street.
   * Gerald Laughren, 204 E. H St., reported to EPD PTL Jerry Bradley that sometime on Wednesday, someone broke into his residence and stole a mini Hi Fi stereo system valued at $300, one speaker for the stereo system and a six pack of Budweiser beer.
