Arrests

   * Paula Dean Nave, 20, 803 Riverside Road, was arrested early Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Tom Skeans and charged with driving on a revoked license. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 19.
   * Phillip Steven Presnell, 46, 1354 Dry Creek Road, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 27.
   * Bethany Marie Teague, 19, 517 Corner Road, Mountain City, was arrested Wednesday evening by CCSD Deputy William Timbs on several warrants charging her with failure to appear in court on a charge of worthless checks.
   * Charles Edward Farley, 38, 351 Ramblin Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Robert Scott Hammitt, 25, 121 Lewis Blevins Road, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Shannon Deloach on two warrants charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Cynthia Nicole Bowling, 24, 926 Pine Ridge Circle, Apt. D, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Shannon Peters and charged with driving on a suspended license. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Jamie D. Ashley, 24, East Elk Ave., was arrested Wednesday just before noon by EPD PTL Jason Shaw on a warrant charging him with leaving the scene of an accident, improper registration, driving on a revoked license and violation of the financial responsibility law. He was also served with warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 20.
   * Joshua D. Lowe, 18, 108 South 9th Street Extension, Watauga, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by EPD PTL Michael Merritt and charged with DUI, violation of the financial responsibility law and violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Rodney Lynn Fox, 31, 705 Nathaniel Court, No. 88, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday night by officers of the Johnson City Police Department and charged with attempting to obtain a controlled substance by fraud.
   * Rhonda Stevens, 41, 1414 Spruce St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday night by officers of the JCPD and charged with felony vandalism.
   * Avril Lee Boone, 61, 109 W. Holston Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday night by officers of the JCPD and charged with aggravated assault.
   * Anthony D. Wright, 18, 153 Garden Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday evening by officers of the JCPD and charged with possession of Schedule II narcotics for resale and resisting arrest.
   * Thomas W. Roark, 20, 700 Gardner Street, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by officers of the JCPD in connection with several auto burglaries that occurred in March of this year. Roark has been charged with five counts of auto burglary and four counts of theft under $500.
   * Dennis Strange, 51, 406 E. Myrtle Ave., Johnson City, was arrested in the early morning hours on Thursday and charged with aggravated assault.
  
Theft

   * Jeremey P. Arrowood, 226 E. Fourth Ave., Watauga, reported to CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley that sometime between May 9 and Wednesday night, someone stole a Genarac 3500 watt generator from the garage area of his residence. The generator was valued at $150.
   * Betty J. King, 703 S. Lynn Ave., reported to EPD PTL Jason Shaw on Tuesday that someone had stolen a Murry brand push-style mulching lawn mower from her yard sometime the previous day. The lawn mower is valued at $125.
  
Missing Person

  
* Kristina Michelle Henegar, age 15, 318 Keenburg Road, was reported missing Tuesday by her foster mother Katie Davis. Henegar is described as a white female, five feet, five inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen Tuesday at Unaka High School where, according to reports, she failed to report for a class following her lunch break. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a tie dye tee-shirt. Anyone with any information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Carter County Sheriff's Department at 543-2211.
