Arrests

   * Lelon David Holloway, 58, 208 McCall Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of DUI and driving without a license.
   * Nichoulas Dwight Hardin, 20, 108 Paul Peters Road, was arrested late Tuesday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. T. Lowe and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 19.
   * Douglas H. Estep, 47, 130 House of Prayer Road, was arrested late Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett on an attachment for contempt of court. He is scheduled to appear in Chancery Court on May 23.
   * Yetta F. Young, 40, 517 Joy Court, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on Tuesday on charges of 14 counts of worthless checks. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 20.
   * Troy Wayne Emore, 23, 261 Marion Branch Road, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Bradley Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Randall Wayne Blevins, 43, 118 Treadway St., was arrested late Tuesday night by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Michael McIntosh and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 19.
  
Theft

   * Orval Pollard reported to CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett that someone had stolen several items including an Emerson CD player, cellular phone, air compressor machine and an undetermined amount of cigarettes from a business that he owns at 4259 U.S. Highway 19E.
