Arrests

   * David Tanner, 21, 1025 Berry Road, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Jerry Bradley on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Joshua Alan Killen, 21, Cedar Grove Road, Banks Apt. 28, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by EPD PTL Joy Shoun and charged with DUI and simple possession of Schedule VI narcotics. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Mark Adams, 37, 166 Hamm Hollow Road, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by EPD PTL Jerry Bradley on an outstanding warrant.
   * Brian E. Mosher, 32, 534 Long Hollow Road, was arrested Wednesday morning by EPD PTL Michael Merritt on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Lelon David Holloway, 58, 208 McCall Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. Mike Fraley and charged with driving without a license and first offense DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 6.
   * Earnest Dale Tolley, 57, 347 Sims Hill, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with going armed. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 5.
   * Earnest Estel Estep, 48, 1410 Old Charity Hill Road, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with fifth offense DUI and possession of Schedule IV narcotics. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 16.
   * Markita Ramsey, 38, 315 Jefferson Drive, Jonesborough, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Inv. Laverne Julian and charged with burglary and assault. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 12.
   * James William Hicks, 50, 255 Grassy Valley Road, Gray, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD Inv. Laverne Julian and charged with assault and aggravated assault. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 12.
   * Marquise V. Townsend, 29, 1600 Narrow Lane, No. 6, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday night by officers of the Johnson City Police Department on a warrant charging him with aggravated burglary.
   * Jessica T. Lawson, 24, 4112 Ranch Road, Johnson City, was arrested early Thursday morning by officers of the Johnson City Police Department on a felony warrant from Memphis charging her with two counts of theft over $60,000.
   * Joseph L. Malone, 40, 708 Georgia St., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by the Johnson City Bureau of Police on charges of two counts of auto burglary and one count of felony vandalism over $1,000. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County General Sessions Court on May 5.
