Arrests

   * Brian Treadway, 21, 140 Leech Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. Rocky Croy and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 12.
   * Randy Carl Jackson, 47, 1544 Old Bristol Highway, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Ronnie Cleman Whitaker, 47, 34 Spruce Lane, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court and violation of probation.
   * Troy Adam Pilkington, 21, 121 Ruby Ave., was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * James Edward Jump, 28, 1007 Buffalo St., Johnson City, was arrested early Saturday morning by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of public intoxication.
   * Buddy Christopher Loudy, 22, no address available, was arrested Sunday afternoon by officers of the CCSD and charged with violation of an order of protection. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 12.
   * Stephanie Renee Blair, 22, 119 Popular Drive, Jonesborough, was arrested Sunday night by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. John Ramsey and PTL Jennifer Mayberry and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest.
   * Randall Leon Bowles, 33, 401 Rambling Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Sunday night by EPD Sgt. John Ramsey and charged with public intoxication.
   * Teddy G. Collins, 56, 1594 Southside Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by EPD PTL Michael Merritt and charged with driving on a revoked license, violation of the financial responsibility law and violation of the light law.
   * Deborah Ann Moorefield, 47, 704 Well St., was arrested Sunday afternoon by EPD PTL Mike Commons and charged with telephone harassment, disorderly conduct and placing non-emergency phone calls to 911.
   * Tracey L. Hughes, 33, 105 Journeys End Road, was arrested Saturday morning by EPD Sgt. John Ramsey on a warrant charging her with theft over $500 and forging evidences of title.
   * Michael Thomas Oldcorn, 50, 2502 McKinley Road, Johnson City, was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD PTL Shannon Peters and charged with public intoxication.
   * Cynthia Anita Rhea, 37, no address available, was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD Capt. Clyde Croy and charged with public intoxication.
   * Bertie N. Hodge, 49, 401 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday evening by EPD PTL Jason Shaw and charged with public intoxication.
   * Johnny Richard Presnell, 42, 201 Roark Park Lane, Apt. 5, Hampton, was arrested Saturday evening by EPD Capt. Clyde Croy and PTL Jason Shaw and charged with DUI and driving on a revoked license.
   * Lisa A. Smith, 42, 164 Starlight Drive, was arrested Saturday just before noon by EPD PTL Michael Merritt and charged with second offense DUI and violation of the implied consent law.
  
Theft

   * Wayne Coontz, 1314 Old Bristol Highway, reported to CCSD Deputy Eric Buck that sometime on Saturday, someone had stolen his 1993 red Ford Probe from his residence. An estimated value for the car was not available.
   * Jerry Bowers, owner of Bowers Auto Sales, 1023 Bristol Highway, reported to CCSD Deputy Dave Ryan that someone had stolen a red Snapper brand riding lawnmower and a yellow go-cart with a 6.5 horsepower motor on it from the property of his business. The estimated value for the property stolen is $2,200.
   * Justin Ray Mize, 127 Barr Road, Blountville, reported to CCSD Deputy Albert Nave on Saturday that someone had stolen the CD player from his 1998 Honda Civic while it was parked at the Blue Hole Recreation Area, on Panhandle Road, along with a Panasonic phone and 12 compact discs.
   * Eddie Fair, 102 Cedar St., Johnson City, reported to CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley that someone had stolen approximately $250 in tools from his residence.
   * Ruth C. Belcher, 114 Carterview Drive, No. 7, reported to CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley that someone had used her credit card to purchase more than $600 worth of products without her permission.
