Arrests

   * Chrystal D. Webster, 29, 4481 Bluff City Highway, Apt. 7, Bluff City, was arrested early Thursday morning by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Brooke Mullins and charged with DUI. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on April 28.
   * Michael Luther Whitehead, 25, 111 Arnold St., was arrested Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in Criminal Court on May 28.
   * Miguel A. Alvarez, 22, 221 Ridge Hollow Road, Erwin, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Inv. Todd Hamm and charged with criminal impersonation and aggravated perjury. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 25.
   * Timothy Lee Blackwell, 33, 550 Buck Mountain Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in Criminal Court on May 28.
   * Daniel Brian Jenkins, 20, 102 Canter Road, Watauga, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Tom Skeans on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 28.
   * James T. Hubbard, Jr., 18, 611 Elm St., was arrested Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with reckless driving, first offense driving on a revoked license and violation of the financial responsibility law.
   * Tarrus Ernest Forney, 2923 Dunagannon Road, Coeburn, Va., was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with criminal trespassing under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on April 28.
   * Michael Gurney Mayse, 2, 100 Milligan View Road, Apt. 19, Johnson City, was arrested early Thursday morning by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with public intoxication, possession of Schedule IV narcotics, evading arrest and vandalism. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on April 28.
   * David Michael Hoss, 24, 189 Hilton Hill Road, was arrested early Thursday morning by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter and charged with possession of Schedule VI narcotics. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on April 29.
  
Theft

   * Melissa Kahler, 801 Rittertown Road, Hampton, reported to CCSD Sgt. Keith Range that sometime between 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, someone had stolen her dog, which is a Boxer-Labrador mix from a residence at 193 Sinking Creek Road, Johnson City.
   * Lillie B. Jarrett, 199 Swimming Pool Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor that sometime in the early morning hours of Thursday, someone had stolen his yellow, 2002 Honda 2x2 ATV from his residence. The ATV is valued at nearly $5,000.
   * Robert B. McCullough, owner of Rio Vista Motors, 2046 W. Elk Ave., reported to EPD PTL Bill Roberts on Wednesday that sometime early that morning or during the previous night, someone had stolen a 1987 Toyota Celica from the vehicle lot. The vehicle was valued at just under $3,000.
   * Bobby R. Vines, 209 West H St., reported to CCSD Capt. Jack Verran on Wednesday morning that sometime between 10 p.m. the previous night and that morning, someone had stolen two Hampton Bay Aluminum Solar Walkway Lights from next to the sidewalk at his residence. The value of the stolen lights is $28.
