Arrests
* Jonathan Campbell, 23, 168 Lincoln Drive, was
arrested Monday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department
Deputy Greg Nave on a warrant charging him with violation
of probation.
* Tim Dewayne Ingram, 36, 126 Lyons Road,
Hampton, was arrested early Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy
Dean Jones on a warrant charging him with criminal trespassing
and assault.
* Michael Lloyd Reed, 36, 3037 Siam Road,
was arrested Monday night by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones and charged
with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on May 5.
* David Reed, 48, 3037 Siam Road, was arrested
Monday night by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones and charged with assault
under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General
Sessions Court on May 5.
* Susan Renee Snyder Wheeler, 34, 129 Brown Road,
was arrested Monday evening by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a
warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on a
charge of driving while intoxicated.
* Greggory Lynn Pritchard, 35, 127 Burl Blevins,
was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor on
a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Amanda Lauren Stewart, 19, 163 Echo Drive,
was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on
a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on
a charge of writing worthless checks.
* Linda Lee Elliot, 38, 301 E. K St., was arrested
Monday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Michael
McIntosh and charged with driving on a suspended license,
violation of the financial responsibility law and violation
of the vehicle registration law.
* Levi Willie Smith, 53, 406 Elk St., Greeneville,
was arrested Monday evening by EPD Sgt. Charles Moreland and
charged with public intoxication.
* Donald Ray Arnett, 47, 137 Ocela Road,
Johnson City, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy
Jim Whaley and charged with DUI, two counts of child endangerment
and violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on May 5.
* Danny Gray Buckles, 49, 422 Hamilton St., Johnson
City, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley
and charged with DUI, two counts of child endangerment and
violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on May 5.
Theft
* Kenneth Trivette, of Butler, reported
to CCSD Deputy Matt Lunceford that sometime in the last month,
two vehicles belonging to him were stolen from 119 Williams
St., Hampton, where they were parked. He reported that the
vehicles that were stolen were a white 1988 two-door Subaru
and a blue 1988 two-door Subaru. An estimated value for the
stolen vehicles was not available.
* David Stout, owner of Stout's Tractor
Sales, 3861 Highway 19E, reported to CCSD Sgt. Ken E. Dugger
that three Cub Cadet brand riding lawnmowers had been stolen
from his business. The total estimated value for the three
lawnmowers is more than $6000. According to reports, the perpetrators
cut a hole in the chain link fence around the business' building
in order to remove the lawnmowers.
* Chuck Paulsen, 135 Norman Joines Road, reported
to CCSD Lt. Harvey Guess that that sometime on Sunday or Monday,
someone entered his residence and stole approximately $50
in cash.
* Jerry H. Hopson, 8030 Highway 19E, Apt.
1, Roan Mountain, reported to CCSD Sgt. T. Lowe that sometime
on Sunday or early Monday morning, someone broke into his
vehicle while it was parked at Buggy Bath Car Wash, in Roan
Mountain, and had stolen a stereo, a fishing pole and a tackle
box.
* Neville Davis, 162 Ingram Branch Road,
Roan Mountain, reported to CCSD Sgt. T. Lowe on Monday that
a male subject known to him had borrowed his 1981 Ford F100
truck on April 14 and had failed to return it.
* Robert Cline, 126 W. B. Yeates Drive,
Johnson City, reported to CCSD Inv. Todd Hamm that sometime
between April 6 and April 16, someone entered his residence
and stole a Polaroid PDC-700 digital camera, a Dell Inspirio
laptop computer and an American Pro car amp. He also reported
that an income tax check which was at the residence may have
been stolen as well.
* Mike Peters, owner of Rustler's Restaurant,
630 Broad St., reported to EPD PTL Michael Sproviero that
someone had stolen checks from the business and had cashed
several checks between March 28 and April 21. The total amount
of the stolen checks that were cashed is nearly $2,000.
Missing Person
* Katie Morgan Bunch, 17, was reported
missing by her mother, Kim Robinson, 213 Sheets Hollow Road.
Bunch is described as a white female with shoulder-length
blonde hair and blue eyes. She is five feet, four inches tall
and weighs approximately 165 pounds. She was last seen at
her residence on Sheets Hollow Road on Saturday afternoon.
