Arrests

   * Erick Wayne Nichols, 32, 330 Sneed Hill Road, was arrested early Sunday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Jeff Markland and charged with first offense aggravated DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 28.
   * Susan Denise Shell, 39, 148 Old Rock Quarry Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Mary Miller on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Robert Neil Gordon, 20, 118 Jack Bradley Road, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Dallas Ray Arnold, 24, 291 Millard Cooper Lane, Mountain City, was arrested Friday morning by CCSD Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of violation of probation.
   * David Thomas Schuldt, 42, 142 Green Pond Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday morning by Lt. Hooks on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of DUI.
   * William Daniel Rose, 29, Pulaski, Tenn., was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Lt. Hooks on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of driving on a suspended license.
   * Ronnie Dean Sanders, 34, 109 Massey St., was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor and charged with theft over $500 and breech of trust.
   * Michael Allen Smith, 41, 126 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 28.
   * Katherine Merie Rickett, 35, 126 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested early Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with assault under domestic violence. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 28.
   * Greg Banner, 42, 197 Carl Smith Road, Lot 2, Hampton, was arrested Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 28.
   * Billie Joe Colbaugh, 61, was arrested early Sunday morning by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. John Bailey and charged with first offense DUI and violation of the implied consent law.
   * Richard Lee Whitehead, 27, 145 Kings Mountain Court, Johnson City, was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD PTL Brooke Mullins and charged with third offense aggravated DUI and second offense driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * James E. Hartley, Jr., 28, 135 Dosser Lane, Johnson City, was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD PTL Brooke Mullins and charged with aiding and abetting DUI. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Danny Joe Avery, 39, 203 Doe Ave., was arrested Friday night by EPD Sgt. John Bailey and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 18.
   * Ronnie Lee Carr, Jr., 18, 448 Holston Mountain Road, was arrested early Saturday morning by EPD Sgt. John Bailey and charged with public intoxication and underage consumption of alcohol.
  
Theft

  
* Ricky Allun Cormier, Piney Flats Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm that early Sunday morning, a male subject unknown to him took his car keys from him and stole his 2002 black Mitsubishi LZR while he was at the United Oil service station on the Old Elizabethton Highway.
   * Sherrie Kennedy, 109 Norman Joines Road, reported to CCSD Sgt. Keith Range on Sunday evening that a male subject known to her had taken her 1994 black Ford Tempo and had not returned it.
   * Candice Boone, 114 Thunder Road, Roan Mountain, reported to EPD PTL Tonya Range on Saturday that while her vehicle was parked at Lynnwood Apartments, someone stole a Sony CD player and had removed the antenna from the vehicle. The estimated value of the items stolen is $260.
   * Joanne E. Sargent, an employee of Redi-Mart Food Store, 1001 Siam Road, reported to EPD PTL Range on Friday that someone had vandalized an air compressor machine located at the business and had stolen the money box, which contained an unknown amount of cash.
  
Animal Deaths

  
* John Stout, 192 Kegg Modern Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Rick Taylor on Sunday that sometime in the early morning hours of that day that an animal or animals had killed four of his goats and injured two others. The goats are valued at $1,000.
   * James Hartley, Sr., 135 Dosser Lane, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett on Saturday afternoon that a male subject known to him had killed his dog.
