Arrests

   * William Roger Shell, 39, 165 Lovers Lane, was arrested Wednesday night by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Shannon Peters and charged with driving on a revoked license, speeding and violation of the vehicle registration law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * David J. Hill, 33, 607 Sugar Hollow Road, was arrested early Thursday morning by EPD Sgt. Jack Ramsey and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Kevin David Grindstaff, 883 Smalling Road, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. Mike Fraley on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of worthless check. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Troy Wayne Emore, 23, 261 Marion Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and charged with second offense DUI, driving on a revoked license and violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court May 13.
   * Larry Steven Peters, Jr., 34, 122 Paul Peters Road, was arrested Wednesday evening by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with theft under $500. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 14.
  
Theft

   * Ronny G. Street, 501 Crowe Bottom Circle, reported to CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable on Wednesday afternoon that sometime in the last couple of months someone had stolen a Glock 17 9mm semi-automatic handgun from his residence. The weapon has an estimated value of $500.
