Arrests

   * David Kelly Tanner, 21, Franklin Place Apartments, Building 103, Apt. 3, was arrested Monday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Johnny Miller on a warrant charging him with assault under domestic violence. He was also served with an order of protection.
   * Johnny Lee Shell, 47, Route 1, Sugar Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Jonathan Lance Suit, 25, 2610 Plymouth Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday at noon by CCSD Deputy Jesse Booher on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of driving on a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control device.
   * Erica Paulette Cook, 21, 607 Hillcrest Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Monday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * George H. Woodfin, 960 Dry Creek Road, no age available, was arrested April 4 by officers from the Johnson City Police Department and charged with fourth offense DUI and third offense driving on a revoked license.
  
Theft

   * Bill McFadden, manager of the First Utility District office, reported to CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley that sometime Thursday afternoon, someone had stolen the office's bank deposit from his desk. He reported that the amount of the bank deposit was $2,964.86.
