Arrests

  
* Angela Rene Potter, 24, 145 Rittertown Road, was arrested early Monday morning by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Tonya Range on an outstanding warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Ronald Dean Robinson, 34, 411 I St., was arrested early Friday morning by EPD PTL Mike Commons and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Ellis Jackson Marshell, 63, 114 Coney Island Road, was arrested Saturday night by Tennessee Constable Larry Perry on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of theft.
   * Stephen Robert Rankin, 117 Estal Road, no age available, was arrested Saturday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy David Ryan and charged with driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 15.
   * Ryan Patrick Honeycutt, 24, 102 Vaughn Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Fred Sluder on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * John Wayne Walker, 55, 103 Stevens Circle, Hampton, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Sgt. T. Lowe and charged with disorderly conduct under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 11.
   * Tabitha Loraine Long, 21, 1300 F Spruce Lane, was arrested late Friday night by CCSD Deputy Kenny Cornett and charged with driving on a revoked license.
   * Dennis W. Trinchera, 26, 1506 Bellridge Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Dennis Ray Bryer, 28, 210 Carl Smith Road, Hampton, was arrested Friday evening by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson on a warrant charging him with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 11.
   * Donald C. Potter, 25, 301 E K St., was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of criminal impersonation.
   * Alan Curtis Stafford, 20, 430 Beasley St., Apt. 4, was arrested Sunday by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * William Dean Marley, 39, 1151 Blue Springs Road, was arrested Sunday evening by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave and charged with fourth offense driving on a revoked license and running a stop sign. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 11.
   * Sharhonda Nicole Johnson, 25, 270 Trueblood Road, Halifax, N.C., was arrested Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Melissa Kay Johnson, 23, 351 Mountain View Drive, was arrested Saturday morning by CCSD officer Shannon Deloach on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Billy Wayne Barnett, 30, 1520 Weems Chapel Road, Mosheim, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Randal J. Tappan, 46, 316 W. Pine Street #1, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by Johnson City Police Department officer T. Campbell and charged with being a fugitive from justice in Madison County, Missouri and simple domestic assault.
  
Summons

   * Karrie Nicole Parlier, 23, 517 Washington Ave., was issued a criminal summons by EPD PTL Jesus Pena charging her with three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
  
Theft

  
* Victoria Ann Haws, 102 Charlie Parker Road, Jonesborough, reported to EPD PTL Shannon Peters that someone had stolen her wallet Friday night out of a vehicle that was parked at Food City, 908 Broad St. She reported that the wallet contained nine credit cards in her name and that the perpetrator had used one of the cards since the wallet was discovered missing and had attempted to use two others but was declined due to the cards being canceled.
   * Earnest Rosenbaum, 711 Blevins Ave., reported to EPD Sgt. John Ramsey that sometime early Sunday morning, someone entered his red Ford Tempo and stole a carton of Marlboro Lights cigarettes.
   * Virginia Y. Morgan, 624 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, reported to EPD PTL Shannon Peters that someone had stolen a 100 gallon propane tank from the rear of her business, located at 416 E. Elk Ave.
   * Paul A. Burrow, 279 Roosevelt Ave., reported to EPD Sgt. Roger Crowe that someone had stolen several firearms belonging to his father that were stored at the home of his sister, Helen Burrow, 1405 Garden Road. He stated that 11 firearms had been taken from a storage room of the Garden Road residence. Reported missing are a Ted Williams model 200 12-gauge shotgun, a Remington model 48 Sportsman 12-gauge shotgun, a Marlin model 30AW 30-30 Winchester 30 caliber rifle, a Ruger model 10-22 .22 caliber rifle, a Remington model 550 .22 caliber rifle, a Universal .30 caliber Enforcer rifle, a Raven model MP25 .25 caliber handgun, a North American Arms .22 Mag handgun, a Heckler & Kosh USP40 S&W .40 caliber revolver, a Heritage Rough Rider .22 LR revolver and a Winchester semi-automatic model 1400 20-gauge shotgun. A total estimated value for the stolen handguns was not immediately available. Burrow reported that neither he nor his sister had any idea when the theft occurred.
   * Carla R. Franklin, 109 Redskin Private Drive, reported to CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan that sometime on Friday, someone entered her residence and stole more than $1100 in personal property including a Lasonic DVD player, 10 fishing poles, several tools and about $100 in cash.
   * Jeffery Ray Miller, 184 Spring Drive, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Deputy Janice Black that on Friday, a female subject known to him had stolen $500 from his residence.
   * Joy Simmons, 2557 Elizabethton Highway, reported to CCSD Sgt. Penny Cornett that between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Thursday, someone stole a black Pug puppy belonging to her from a fenced in area in her yard. The estimated value of the dog is $375.
