* Arthur Harold Reedy, 51, was arrested Thursday
morning by Carter County Sheriff's Deputy Donald White on
a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
* Amy Mann Russell, 31, 2006 W. G Street, was
arrested Thursday by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a
warrant charging her with violation of probation.
* Brandon Scott Lovette, 19, 150 Holston Mountain
Road, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable
and charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on April 8.
* Christopher Allen Vestal, 23, 204 Ed Green
Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy
Jesse Booher on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Joshua Lee Brown, 18, 234 Panhandle Road, was
arrested Thursday night by Tennessee Constable Harvey Shaffer
on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Kathy J. Hardin, 45, 1214 Charity Hill Road,
was arrested Thursday just before noon by Elizabethton Police
Department Sgt. John Bailey and charged with leaving the scene
of an accident with property damage. She is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on April 18.
* Christopher G. Barker, 28, 324 Flourville Road,
Gray, was arrested Friday by officers of Johnson City Police
Bureau following an investigation into passing forged prescriptions
at two local pharmacies. Barker was charged with two counts
of obtaining narcotics by fraud.
* Peter R. Barrett II, 32, Box 13, Jones Branch
Road, Erwin, was arrested Friday by officers of Johnson City
Police Bureau on a warrant for aggravated burglary. The burglary
occurred March 19 at a residence on West Pine Street.
* Maurice Forney, 37, 2101 E. Myrtle Ave., Johnson
City, was arrested Saturday following a traffic stop in the
100 block of Wilson Avenue. Forney exited the vehicle after
being told to remain inside, and took off running toward Boone
Street. A check on the vehicle showed it was stolen out of
Daytona Beach, Fla. Forney was located behind a nearby business
by K-9 Officer Daughtery and his unit. He was charged with
possession of stolen property and evading arrest.
* Jennifer Lynn Little, 1060 Rittertown Road,
Hampton, reported to CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley that sometime on
Thursday, someone forced their way into her residence and
stole lingerie and undergarments from her bedroom. She reported
that she suspects a male subject known to her.
* Jim Arber, 152 Ranger Drive, reported to CCSD
Lt. B.L. Huffman that someone had stolen the batteries out
of his boat which had been stored at Stoney Creek Storage,
Highway 91. He reported that he did not know when the theft
had occurred and that the last time he had checked the boat
was in the fall of 2002.
* Jerry Kevin Gilbert, 572 Blant Road, Mountain
City, reported to CCSD Inv. Todd Hamm on Thursday that he
had loaned his 1987 Nissan Maxima to a male subject known
to him and had advised him to return it by March 21 and the
subject had not yet returned the vehicle.
* Officers of Johnson City Police Bureau responded
around 2:15 a.m. Saturday to Roadrunner Market, 527 Princeton
Road, in reference to a robbery. An employee reported that
a white male entered the store and approached the counter,
pushed her backward, then grabbed money from the register
drawer. The man then ran from the store with an undetermined
amount of cash. The suspect was described as a white male,
about 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds and wearing
a dark blue zip-up style jacket, khaki pants, brown shoes
or boots, and a dark-colored ball cap. Anyone with information

* Ronda Marie Melioli, 15, was reported
missing by her foster mother, Sandra McClellan, 101 Sapphire
Drive. Melioli is described as a white female with brown eyes
and burgundy red hair. She is approximately 5 feet, 6 inches
tall and weighs about 150 pounds. She has a tattoo of a dragon
on her back and the words "Mary Jane" on her hip. She also
has a pierced tongue. She was last seen leaving McClellan's
residence for school on Thursday morning.
