Arrests

  
* Leavenworth Wheeler, 26, 537 Calvin Phillips Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Brooke Mullins and charged with assault. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court today.
   * Andrew James Deloach, 26, 140 Reynolds Road, was arrested Wednesday night by EPD PTL Mike Commons and charged with driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 8.
   * Teddy Lee Dellinger, 35, 102 Osborne Private Drive, Apt. 121, Johnson City, was arrested early Wednesday morning by EPD Sgt. Charles Moreland and charged with breaking and entering.
   * Keanest Dean Whitson, 26, 242 South Broadway, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Jeff Markland and charged with second offense DUI and violation of the habitual motor vehicle offender law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 28.
   * Jason Lee Avery, 28, 1832 Todd Drive, Johnson City, was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an order of protection.
   * Robert Harrison Blevins, 35, 152 Hilltop Road, was arrested Thursday by officers with the Johnson City Police Department and charged with stong-armed robbery. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court April 7.
   * Clayton L. Story, 24, 36 Lamb Park No. 4, Limestone, was arrested Thursday by officers of the JCPD and charged with theft of property over $500.
  
Theft

  
* An employee of Elizabethton Auto Sales reported to EPD PTL Jerry Bradley that sometime Tuesday evening or Wednesday someone had stolen a black canvas jeep top from a vehicle on the lot.
   * Dixie Lee Ayoob, 149 Borderview Ave., reported to CCSD Deputy Jim Whaley that sometime between 6 and 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, someone stole approximately $220 in cash from her residence. According to reports, entry was made to the residence by breaking out a large window in the front of the home.
  
Missing Person

  
* Tony Daniel Campbell, 17, was reported missing to Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy M. Carlock by his father, Gary Campbell, 206 Markland Hill Road, Roan Mountain. He is described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, approximately six feet tall and weighing about 165 pounds. He was last seen wearing tan colored khaki pants, a polo-type shirt with the word "Ingles" on the sleeve, black shoes and a navy blue and gray coat. He was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on March 28 when he left his residence, the father reported.
