Arrests

   * Kenneth Hopson, 29, 117 Norman Joines Road, was arrested early Monday morning by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Eric Buck and charged with third offense driving on a suspended license and violation of the financial responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 4.
   * Michael Holder, 32, 103 Mill Creek Road, was arrested late Sunday night on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of public intoxication.
   * Mary Ann Heaton, 47, 111 Folsom St., was arrested late Monday night by CCSD Deputy Eric Buck on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Lonnie Junior Oliver, 24, 106 Lover's Lane, Apt. 4, was arrested Monday night by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Jason Ford Chambers, 27, 208-1/2 Allen Ave., was arrested Monday morning by CCSD Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Molly Kathleen Clawson, 30, 113 Clawson Hollow Road, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with public intoxication. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 8.
   * Chad McKinnley Stout, 26, 120 Lakeside Drive, Bakersville, N.C., was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with public intoxication and indecent exposure. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 8.
   * Raymond Keith McKinney, 28, 45 Campbell Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged with driving on a revoked license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 8.
   * Samantha Jo Beecham, 20, 406 Silver Grove Road, Bluff City, was arrested Tuesday evening by CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley on a warrant charging her with the sale of Schedule II narcotics. She is being held on a $25,000 bond.
   * Julie Beth Storie, 28, 159 Fitzsimmons Hill Road, was arrested Tuesday by Tennessee Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an order of protection. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 4.
   * Arthur Harold Reedy, 51, no address available, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Donald White on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 21.
   * Jerry Lee Oaks, 49, 9106 Stonehenge Court, Waxhaw, N.C., was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Deputy Gene Moreland on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on a charge of assault on an officer.
   * Roy E. Hartley Jr., 30, 528 Coal Chute Road, was arrested Tuesday by Tennessee Constable Larry Presnell on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Daniel S. Cornett, 26, 1809 Field Road, No. 2, was arrested Tuesday by Tennessee Constable Larry Presnell on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Lee David Owens, 31, 189 Toll Branch Road, No. 4, Johnson City, was arrested early Wednesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson and charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 7.
   * Brian Edward Hoss, 24, 807 E. Unaka Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday evening by EPD PTL Jesus Pena and charged with criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 7.
   * Lisa Ann Smith, 42, 1294 Milligan Highway, Apt. 9, Johnson City, was arrested Monday afternoon by EPD PTL Brooke Mullins and charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the implied consent law.
   * William Frank Pilkton, 41, 1016 Bishop Lane, was arrested Tuesday night by EPD PTL Mike Commons and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 7.
  
Summons

   * Stacy Jackson, 36, 144 Horseshoe Circle, Gray, was issued a criminal summons late Tuesday morning by EPD PTL Jason Shaw charging him with criminal trespassing and harassment. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court April 14.
  
Theft

   * Tim Blevins, 269 Rocky Branch Road, reported to CCSD Deputy Albert Nave that sometime in the past week, someone had stolen a portion of the decking around his swimming pool.
   * Jeffrey C. Treadway, 1806 Field Road, reported to EPD Sgt. Charles Moreland that two weedeaters and a leaf blower were stolen from the garage at his residence sometime between March 28 and April 1. The total estimated value of the property that was taken is $360.
   * Karen Crozier, 620 Swimming Pool Road, Lot 1, Hampton, reported to CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm that sometime on the evening of March 29, someone stole her son's bicycle from behind their residence. The bike is described as a red and black Next Stunt bicycle with silver wheel pegs on both wheels. The bicycle is valued at $150.
   * Glen Woodby, 106 Stone Mountain Road, Hampton, reported to CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm that on the night of March 26, someone had entered his truck while it was parked at his residence and stole a Stevens brand .22 caliber rifle and shell belt.
