Arrests
* Philip Steve Presnell, 46, 101 Hill
St., Apt. 3, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday evening
by Carter County Sheriff's Department Lt. Harvey Guess and
charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on March 31.
* Michael Todd Carter, 41, 1076 Smalling Road,
was arrested Wednesday evening by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan and
charged with assault under domestic violence. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on April 8.
* Jose Angel Lopez, 27, University Apartments,
No. 37, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by
CCSD Deputy Brad Hamm and charged with public intoxication.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March
31.
* Myoka Michelle Ingram, 26, 116 E. Chilhowee
St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD
Sgt. Audrey Covington and Inv. Todd Hamm on a criminal court
indictment for failure to appear. She is scheduled to appear
in Criminal Court on May 2.
* Grady W. Lewis, 41, 271 Rocky Branch Road,
was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department
PTL Tonya Range and charged with public intoxication. He was
also served with an outstanding warrant charging him with
assault under domestic violence and vandalism under domestic
violence. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court
on March 31.
* Christina S. Cannon, 28, 190 Lover's Lane,
was arrested Wednesday afternoon by EPD PTL Michael Merritt
and charged with driving on a revoked license and speeding.
She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March
31.
* Johnathan L. Suit, 25, 122 Wedgewood Circle,
was arrested Wednesday morning by EPD PTL Mike McIntosh on
a warrant charging him with escape. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on March 31.
Theft
* Jonathan Whitaker, 202 Mayflower Road,
Apt. 7, Johnson City, reported to CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland
that early Wednesday morning, someone had stolen his wallet
from his residence.
* Ralph Bond, 213 First Ave., Hampton, reported
to CCSD Inv. Todd Hamm that sometime Sunday night, someone
entered his garage and stole a Remington .22 caliber rifle.
* Tammy Norris, 1272 Bluefield Ave., reported
to EPD PTL Jerry Bradley that sometime on Wednesday, someone
stole a camcorder belonging to her from a cabinet in her residence
where it was stored.
