Arrests

   * William Shane Davis, 22, 123 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday evening by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Keith Range on a warrant out of General Sessions Court charging him with failure to appear in court on charges of driving on a suspended license, speeding, simple possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court March 28.
   * Charles E. Barker, 30, no address available, was arrested early Tuesday morning by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Jerry Bradley on an outstanding warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Charlotte Coffey, 19, 913 Pine Ridge Circle, was arrested early Tuesday morning by EPD PTL Jerry Bradley on an attachment from Juvenile Court.
   * Ronnie L. Guinn, 34, 103 Beech St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Johnson City Police Department Inv. J. L. Whitlock and charged with five counts of identity theft. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court March 27.
   * Charity J. Joyner, 18, 212 Lewis Lane, No. 203, Kingsport, was arrested Tuesday night by JCPD Inv. Billy Church and charged with forgery under $500 and fraudulent use of a credit card under $500.
   * James R. Powell, 18, 212 Lewis Lane, No. 203, Kingsport, was arrested Tuesday night by JCPD Inv. Billy Church and charged with forgery under $500 and fraudulent use of a credit card under $500.
  
Theft

   * Leyland Walsh, 224 Lick Branch Road, reported to CCSD Sgt. T. Lowe that sometime within the last two months, someone entered his residence and stole more than $3500 worth of his personal property including a .22 caliber Llama target pistol, a six-shot revolver with a leather holster, assorted jewelry and cash.
