Arrests
* Teni Renee Turner, 34, 154 Ollie Collins Road,
was arrested Thursday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's
Deputy Sarah Ryan on a warrant charging her with violation
of probation. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on March 24.
* Robert D. Stills, Jr., 26, 123 Rittertown Road,
Hampton, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Sarah
Ryan on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March
24.
* Melinda Joy Roll, 26, 613 Clark Street, was
arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan on a
warrant charging her with violation of probation. She is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on March 24.
* Cleveland Eugene Norris, 41, 406 E. Mill Street,
was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan
on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He
is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March
24.
* Kathy Jo Morton, 28, 105 Stevens Road, Hampton,
was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan
on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. She
is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March
24.
* Robert Harrison Blevins, 35, 152 Hilltop Road,
Johnson City, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy
Sarah Ryan on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March
24.
* Randall Eric Bennett, 18, 102 Cedar Street,
Johnson City, was arrested Thursday afternoon by CCSD Deputy
Sarah Ryan on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on March
24.
* Deborah J. Stevens, 47, 6881 Highway 19E, Roan
Mountain, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Deputy
Tim Tester and charged with second offense DUI and violation
of the implied consent law. She is scheduled to appear in
General Sessions Court on March 24.
* Elizabeth Sue Godsey, 38, 134 Browns Branch
Road, Hampton, was arrested late Thursday night by CCSD Deputy
Bradley N. Johnson on a warrant charging her with violation
of probation.
* Michael James Miller, 39, 479 Shell Creek,
Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD Deputy
Bradley N. Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure
to appear in court on a charge of driving on a revoked license.
* Jamie Lynn McLeod, 22, 120 Gay Fletcher Road,
was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Tim Tester on two
outstanding warrants -- one charging her with failure to appear
in court on a charge of driving on a revoked license and the
other charging her with failure to appear in court on a charge
of theft under $500.
* James Richard Campbell, Jr., was arrested Thursday
morning by CCSD Deputy Chad Grindstaff on a warrant charging
him with failure to appear in court on a charge of violation
of an order of protection.
* Dustin C. Hurley, 22, 1810 W. G Street, was
arrested early Friday morning by Elizabethton Police Department
PTL Michael McIntosh and charged with driving on a suspended
license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court
on March 24.
* Pamela Jean Dunn, 32, Abingdon, Va., was arrested
Thursday by EPD PTL Jennifer Mayberry on warrants charging
her with criminal impersonation and obtaining narcotics by
fraud. She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court
on March 25.
