Arrests
* Robert Dewayne Whitehead, 34, 121
Cemetery Hill Lane, Hampton, was arrested Saturday evening
by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Bradley N. Johnson
and charged with violation of an order of protection.
* Richard Lloyd Headley, 34, 134 Old State Line
Road, was arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan
and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession
of Schedule IV narcotics and possession of Schedule VI narcotics.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court March
28.
* Randy Pritchard, 31, 195 Dry Branch Road, was
arrested Saturday evening by CCSD Deputy Albert Nave and charged
with public intoxication.
* John Daniel Perry, 28, 161 South St., was arrested
Friday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland and charged
with being in possession of a firearm while under the influence.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court March
31.
* Matthew Glen Shell, 26, 449 Bear Branch Road,
was arrested Saturday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland
and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court March 31.
* Ted Allen Gouge, 43, 108 Shadow Mountain Road,
Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday afternoon by Tennessee
Constable Larry Perry and charged with aggravated burglary,
theft over $500 and vandalism.
* Cheryl Lynn Sandoval, 25, 315 Reynolds Road,
was arrested Friday by an officer with the CCSD on a warrant
charging her with violation of probation.
* David Edward Boyd, 41, 142 Clover Branch Road,
was arrested Sunday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Tim Tester and
charged with assault under domestic violence.
* Stephen Shane Bateman, 23, 152 Webb Hollow
Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe
and charged with criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to
appear in General Sessions Court March 24.
* Bobby Gene Guy, 53, 135 Leroy Dugger Road,
Butler, was arrested Saturday just before noon by CCSD Lt.
B. L. Huffman and charged with fourth offense DUI and violation
of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear in General
Sessions Court April 1.
* Jerry Wayne Gill, 23, 387 Tiger Creek Road,
was arrested early Sunday morning by CCSD Deputy Al Meehan
on a warrant charging him with failure to appear to serve
jail time.
* Felencia Guinn, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested
Saturday night by CCSD Deputy Bradley N. Johnson and charged
with public intoxication.
* Erick Leroy Rogers, 37, 1444 Harrtown
Road, Blountville, also known as Robert W. Fry, was arrested
Friday morning by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Michael
McIntosh and charged with being a fugitive from justice out
of Sacramento, Calif. He is scheduled to appear in General
Sessions Court March 24.
* Jackie Dewayne Davis, 31, 183 Blue Grass Road,
Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday afternoon by EPD PTL Jesus
Pena on two outstanding warrants charging him with failure
to appear and violation of probation.
* Deborah Naomi Hensley, 47, 101 Pleasant Beach
Road, was arrested Saturday night by EPD PTL Jason Shaw and
charged with second offense DUI.
* Joshua D. Russell, 19, 819 Willow Springs Road,
was arrested Friday night by EPD PTL Mike Commons on a warrant
out of Carter County Juvenile Court.
* Richard Page Wilson, 32, 707 Cambridge Ave.,
was arrested by EPD PTL Michael McIntosh on a warrant charging
him with assault under domestic violence. He was also served
with an order of protection.
* Joseph D. Miles, 18, 154 Bernie Lewis Road,
was arrested over the weekend by officers from the Washington
County Sheriff's Department and charged with felony vandalism.
He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions
Court on Wednesday.
Theft
* Jose Lopez, Cesar Lopez and Adan Cruz, all
of 125 Arrowood Private Drive, Johnson City, reported to CCSD
Deputy Tim Tester that four vehicles belonging to them were
broken into while parked at 464 Laurels Road. A Kenwood CD
Player, car title and set of 12-inch speakers were taken from
a 1985 Chevrolet van. An Iawa CD Player, Jensen amplifier,
a set of 12-inch speakers, four wheel covers and approximately
30 compact discs were stolen from a 1991 Toyota. Four wheel
covers were stolen from a 1992 Honda. A Sony cassette stereo
and two sets of speakers were stolen from a 1985 Chevrolet.
* Clarence Sheets, 218 Old Lacy Hollow Road,
reported to CCSD Sgt. Tim Lowe that sometime between 3 p.m.
and 6 p.m. on Saturday, someone entered a residence belonging
to him at 114 Dukes Drive and stole a .22 caliber Remington
pump-action rifle. The gun is valued at $350.
* Connie Shepard, 111 W. H St., reported to EPD
PTL Tonya Range that sometime on Friday, someone stole her
wallet from her purse while it was in the deli area of Winn-Dixie,
151 Hudson Drive, where she works. She reported that the wallet
contained approximately $200 in cash and that her checkbook
was also taken.
