Arrests

   * Johnny Ray Odom, 31, 165 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday night by Elizabethton Police Department PTL Shannon Peters on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * James Matthew Turbyfield, 28, 170 Dark Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Deputy Bradley N. Johnson on a warrant charging him with aggravated burglary, theft over $500 and vandalism.
   * Samantha Jo Daniels, 22, 1741 Ohio St., Knoxivlle, was arrested Tuesday afternoon by CCSD Deputy Dean Jones on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court.
   * Matthew Glen Shell, 27, 449 Bear Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday morning by CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to pay fines and court costs.
  
Theft

   * Timothy Townsend, 118 Star Light Drive, reported to CCSD Deputy Kevin Cable that sometime between Feb. 16 and March 9, someone entered his residence and stole some prescription medication belonging to him and 24 antique coins valued at more than $800.
   * Camanda J. Irick, 184 Old Stoney Creek Road, reported to CCSD Sgt. Patrick Johnson that sometime between 5:45 and 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, someone broke into her residence and stole approximately $4,500 in cash as well as a 10-inch Jenson sub woofer speaker in a box.
   * Bill Shell, 165 Lover's Lane, reported to CCSD Lt. Mike Fraley that on Tuesday afternoon, someone stole his 1985 Dodge pickup from in front of his residence. He reported that the keys had been in the ignition and the vehicle was not locked at the time.
