Arrests

   * Richard Lynn Greenwell, 22, 225 Beasley St., was arrested Friday night by Carter County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Penny Cornett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday.
   * Justin E. Rouse, 26, 433 Sharps Creek Road, Bristol, was arrested Friday just before noon by CCSD Lt. Rocky Croy on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday.
   * Danny Wayne Solomon, 48, 126 Frontage Road, Johnson City, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD Sgt. Keith Range and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday.
   * Sharon Anne Fox, 41, 4977 Highway 19E, Hampton, was arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Gene Moreland on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Lane Brian Greene, 30, 1275 Bluefield Ave., Apt. H-6, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Scott Lynn Perry, 34, 196 Grindstaff Hollow Road, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
   * Lisa Rena White, 29, 500 West Highland Road, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Constable Bobby Canter on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
   * Stephen Patrick Taylor, 53, 200 N. East St., Apt. 315, was arrested Thursday afternoon by Elizabethton Police Department Capt. Jack Verran and charged with driving on a suspended license. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday.
   * Dallas Rice, 1641 Highway 19E, 67, Life Care Center, was arrested on Feb. 20, by EPD PTL Shannon Peters and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest.
   * Officers with the Johnson City Police Bureau arrested a 16-year-old male student at the Science Hill Alternative Learning Center on Thursday and charged him with sexual battery after a 17-year-old female student reported that he had grabbed her in an inappropriate manner. He is scheduled to appear in Johnson City Juvenile Court on March 7.
   * Debra Gouge, 44, of Unicoi, was arrested by JCPB officers on Thursday and charged with forgery over $1,000 and forgery under $500. She is scheduled to appear in Washington County Sessions Court on Monday.
   * Wallace R. Ashby, 41, 820 Lamont St., Apt. 1, Johnson City, was arrested Friday morning by JCPB officers and charged with two counts of forgery and fraudulent use of a credit card. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County Sessions Court on Monday.
