Arrests
* Scott Dale Hemingway, 25, 2765 Siam
Road, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Carter County Sheriff's
Department Deputy Al Meehan and charged with possession of
Schedule II narcotics, methamphetamine, for resale; possession
of drug paraphernalia; driving on a suspended license; violation
of the vehicle registration law and violation of the financial
responsibility law. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court March 17. Hemingway was also served with an outstanding
warrant charging him with violation of probation.
* Shirley Ann Hogan, 43, 410 W. Locust St., Johnson
City, was arrested Wednesday morning by CCSD Deputy Tim Tester
and charged with driving on a revoked driver's license. She
is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court March 14.
* Christopher Dale Anderson, 28, 910-1/2 Cedar
Ave., was arrested Wednesday just after noon by CCSD Deputy
Al Meehan on three outstanding warrants charging him with
two counts of failure to appear in court and one count of
evading arrest. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court today.
* Melissa Carol Morefield-Williams, 36, 229 Cobbs
Creek Road, Butler, was arrested Wednesday afternoon by CCSD
Deputy Tim Tester on two outstanding warrants charging her
with failure to appear in court. She is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court today.
* Trenda Lynn Foreman, 28, 1717 Siam Road, was
arrested Tuesday night by CCSD Constable Harvey Shaffer and
charged with speeding and driving on a suspended license.
She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court March
4.
* Jacky Glenn Lovelace, 48, 116 Hill Road, Johnson
City, was arrested Wednesday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan
and charged with public intoxication. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court March 4.
Summons
* CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland issued a juvenile
summons to a 14-year-old male from Hampton Tuesday evening
charging the subject with driving without a license. According
to reports, Markland responded to the Dollar General Store,
124 Highway 321, Hampton, and found that a vehicle had hit
the side of the building causing extensive damage. The 14-year-old
male had been the driver of the vehicle.
