Arrests
* Robert W. Fry, 39, 1444 Harr Town
Road, Blountville, was arrested Thursday afternoon by Elizabethton
Police Department PTL Mike Commons and charged with criminal
impersonation and obtaining narcotics by fraud. He is scheduled
to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 14.
* Curtis James Dugger, 18, 1709 Southside Road,
was arrested early Friday morning by EPD Sgt. John Bailey
and charged with criminal trespassing. He is scheduled to
appear in General Sessions Court on Feb. 4.
* Andy Lane, 24, 327 S. Lynn Ave., was arrested
Thursday night by EPD Sgt. John Bailey and charged with public
intoxication. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions
Court on Feb. 3.
* Andrew Michael O'Dell, 23, 304 Lisa Lane, Piney
Flats, was arrested Thursday morning by Carter County Sheriff's
Department Sgt. Jeff Winters on an outstanding warrant charging
him with violation of probation.
* Matthew Cody Pilkington, 19, Bluefield Avenue,
Lynnridge Apartments, Apt. CD124, was arrested Thursday afternoon
by CCSD Constable Leonard Johnson on two outstanding warrants
charging him with aggravated burglary and theft under $500.
He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb.

* Tony Dale Arnold, 38, 122 Edgewater Road, was
arrested Thursday night by CCSD Deputy Sarah Ryan on a warrant
charging him with violation of probation.
* Katherine Marie Rickett, 35, 126 Cedar Grove
Road, was arrested Thursday evening by CCSD Deputy Jeff Markland
and charged with disorderly conduct under domestic violence.
She is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Feb.

* Derrick Leighton Bolin, 21, 211 Peppertree
Court, Kingsport, was arrested early Friday morning by CCSD
Deputy Jeff Markland and charged with third offense DUI and
violation of the implied consent law. He is scheduled to appear
in General Sessions Court on Feb. 3.
Theft
* Larry Lyons, 500 Jena Beth Drive,
Apt. B, reported to EPD PTL Jerry Bradley that sometime from
2-11:30 p.m. on Thursday, someone stole the tailgate off of
his 1995 silver Chevrolet S10 pickup truck. The tailgate is
valued at $300 and is described as being silver with gold
lettering on it.
